I love our 2011 infiniti G37 Sedan. My mom has owned her G since 2014 with nearly 50,000 miles. The car was intended to replace our 2003 Lexus GS300 due to problems throughout the years with that car. 11 years later at 191,000 we only have good things to say about the G37. We had no issues regarding the car. The car has been reliable since day 1. From times where it snowed in Georgia, to roadtrips to Tennesee, the car always started up with no issues. As the car got older and mileage got higher, it still was reliable. It may have some hicups now and then, but as long as you take care of it, it will take care of you.

It’s currently May 2023 and it has 178,000 miles. The 3.7L and the seven speed automatic transmission has been super reliable and still runs as smooth as when I picked it up when it had 35,000 miles. Other than replacing serviceable items that were out because of time. Like the windshield wipers, battery, brake pads and rotors, all 3 drive belt pulleys with tensioner pulley, serpentine belt, cabin air filter once I’ve driven my individual 2015 Infiniti Q70L for the past five years. The driver side latch actuator and rear window shade is the only two known issue that will wear out. Alternator was replaced under warranty. First Nissan I bought was a ‘96 Maxima. Second was a ‘16 Maxima Third was an ‘04 Infiniti G35 Current is a ‘12 Infiniti G37X and let me tell you…. It’s the fastest of all the Nissans I’ve owned. Yes for those who don’t know, an Infiniti is a Nissan, just the upgraded version, and they started comparing the first G series as the American replacement for the Skyline since the Skyline is a Nissan, I guess the G series is the replacement for the Skyline? Whatever the case there, immediately started looking for performance upgrades and there is truly a LOT out there! My older brother is the one who first started getting me into the Infiniti cause he has 2 M35’s, both ‘06 and he started posting on down forum for customizing and apparently people from all over the country started asking for those exact aftermarket upgrades. He owns his aftermarket company for customizing cars, trucks, SUC’s, Motorhomes, boats, ATV’s, ATC’s, motorcycles…. You get the idea, and I started checking for all the upgrades I can start putting into my extremely sexy G37X. Mine is the AWD version, so no burning out when hitting the gas, MUCH better control and handling, the power is fantastic!, but of course j want faster and able to corner better. The only thing I don’t like, is the comfort for the leather front seats. They’re heated, so the cushion isn’t very much sadly. It’s not worn down AT ALL! This car had to be adult/elderly owned cause the condition is so incredibly impeccable, it’s crazy how gorgeous this car is! Have to clean the trunk carpet cause there was an empty bottle of Method soap and a giant area where the soap leaked out, but a nice detailed wash will take care of that. My car is black and no tint yet, but the AC cools off VERY fast! The sporty steering wheel is so tight with turning, it feels amazing. Love the growl from the exhaust, again completely stock, but upgrade the intake and exhaust right off the bat, increase the 330hp motor easily to 365-375hp for a nice start. And since the engine is bigger than the previous versions, you want a low growl sounding exhaust like the R34. Interior is much bigger than my G35 was, quite a bit larger also, which gives options for TV’s in the headrest and a the audio is Bose all around, so just add some subwoofers and the amps, leave the rest stock since Bose makes really good quality speakers. Yes, you can always upgrade, but I need a theme to start with and see where I go from there. Overall, completely loving my car!!! Still more to explore, but it has every stock upgrade that was available for this car, and I am extremely happy with it!!!

I recently purchased a QX60 for my partner and I brought my G37 in for trade-in. This car has 122000 miles on it and has barely even sniffled. The body needs some panels replaced because it’s been driven by me, my parter and 3 teenagers. The INFINITI dealer offered me $2500 for it in trade. I procrastinated closing the deal. I was reluctant to tell my partner that I just couldn’t part with it for that amount of money. Ultimately I came clean to her. Surprisingly, she agreed, completely. We are going to get the cosmetic things done and keep it around. For a “sedan” it has all the “sports car” in it that a 61 year old needs. I’ve been shopping for cars lately and I can honestly use the old saying, “they don’t make ‘em like this anymore”!

This car should be at the top of everyone's list who is looking for a compact sports Sedan. Have driven a variety of cars and this one outperforms the Audi, the Lexus IS350, the Lexus GS350, and has much more headroom and overall cabin space than the IS350. The infotainment system is not overly complicated, and the engine and drop won and breaks all respond well. The styling is sleek and aggressive while maintaining aerodynamics. If you can keep your foot out of the throttle and resist the urge to listen to the Symphony created by 330 horses coming out of 3.7 liters at 7500 rpm, then you will be rewarded with over 30 miles a gallon on the highway. The court is a little smallish on the inside, but the engineers did a good job at making sure every ants counted. The cup holders are smallish and there is not an abundance of storage in the globox or the console, but it is overall a great vehicle and the best part was it did not take long to get my wife on board.

After driving the Pilot, Ridgeline, Highlander, Santa Fe, and several others, the Sorento EX V6 was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Lexus and it handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology! On my first 500+ mile trip, I averaged 28.8 mpg. If you're looking for a new crossover in this segment, put this one on your short list to test drive.

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.
