Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding customer service Nicole Jones provided during a stressful situation with my Nissan Titan. I recently experienced an issue with my truck while in New Orleans for a cruise. The truck was towed to Supreme Nissan, the dealership where I originally purchased it. This was the first time I had to utilize Nissan Roadside Assistance, and the service could not have been better or faster. While my family and I were enjoying our cruise in the Caribbean, she communicated with us via email, which was incredibly reassuring knowing that upon our return, I would need to deal with the truck immediately. Our family had urgent travel requirements upon debarkation. Nicoles assistance was invaluable. She coordinated the drop-off, ensured a priority inspection, and worked diligently to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. She facilitated a quick diagnosis and was able to expedite the necessary part, which she successfully did. What could have easily resulted in a week's delay for our family turned into an incredibly smooth and stress-free turnaround in just a day and a half. The entire Service Team was awesome, and her personal dedication and professionalism were the absolute best. IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

Love my car EXCEPT FOR MY DASHBOARD which is CRACKED EVERYWHERE !! And it has been in a garage the whole time!! What a disappointment!! I remember when it started, I saw other people complaining about it!
