I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. Rick Gross was our salesperson. He did a wonderful job explaining every aspect of our purchase. Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

This is my second Infiniti. I still own my 1st one which presently has 312,500 plus mile. It was very reliable. I wanted a vehicle that had everything I wanted in it. So, I purchased it. I love it is all I can say.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

I bought the car recently. I would recommend if you want a nice interior and don't need all of the fancy tech that are in the newer rivals. I like the off road capability as we drive on the beach a lot and occasionally have to drive on some tougher trails. The comfort is really good though not quite as good as the new GMC Yukon Denali with the air suspension. The interior is reasonably plush but not as nice as the Navigator. It is just a step above the new Expedition or on par with the Yukon Denali. The main reason I bought the QX80 was for its off road capability. We have already done some moderate off roading and it performed flawlessly. The power is adequate. Not fast, but plenty for almost everyone. The only complaints are that the transmission is a bit lacking on gears.

Dealing with Andrew was super. Very knowledgeable, but no pressure. Car didn’t work out for me, but would not hesitate to work with him again.

I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

The Sensory trim model offers excellent amenities and comfort options. A very quiet and smooth ride not lacking of power. The electronics are simple to learn and easy to use.

Had three different sales people contact me .Found out that I am a second class person when it came down to the loan since I had joint car payment already With the wife she would need to sign as well . Not the dealerships fault just I wanted to buy one for myself without the wife’s consent she was not willing .

The car is everything that I need with the space to accommodate myself, friends, grandchildren, groceries , etc very comfortably. I love the way it handles, the design, the interior and especially the color.

We answered a Craigslist ad. The price was so good we didn’t believe it was a real ad. We went to see the car, Charlie was our salesman. We weren’t sure so we left, no pressure. We took a second look, easily agreed on a deal and left a deposit. We came back to pick up the car and the price we agreed on was the final price! I expected documentation fees, all those fees most dealers try to add. We were finished in about 10 minutes, I expected an hour or more. So we started out happy and remain happy, love the car. There will be something with any used car but everything was clearly disclosed, no surprises. All of the staff were very friendly and Charlie was a great salesman. It was the best experience and we will be back, and tell our friends of course.

Bought this car new and still have it 16 years later - it's so great. 6-speed shifts beautifully and goes like spit. Handles well. Looks like a luxury sedan but drives like a muscle car. Did I mention this car abhors rust? even in salty roads Ottawa.
