My wife and I had a bad experience with buying a used car and because of their staff and the service we received, we were able to trade this vehicle with Murray Ford and purchase a new Bronco. This review is for our salesman, Mike Baxter. I have bought several vehicles in my life and done business with Ford Motor for over 30 years. I have never had a more honest and caring individual than Mike. If you are looking for a great person to do business with and want to purchase or just look at a new purchase, I would recommend him to anyone out there. His knowledge and personality sold me on him as an individual and his no pressure approach is the most refreshing part of this sale. I can not express how much my wife and I appreciated him and both of us were so pleased to find professionals are still in the business. If you are looking for a new car, or even a used one, we recommend Mike because regardless of whether you are looking for one or not, he will treat you with respect and show you whatever you want to see without any sort of I have to sell you a car, we were not even looking to purchase a new car, but after the experience we just had, we did not trust the car we purchased and after we sat and talked with Mike, it was clear to us that we would purchase one from him when we were ready, but I live by the motto, happy wife, happy life, and due to poor health and the ability to get even sit in a car, my wife left the dealership happy and that was all that I cared about. After spending time with the 2024 QX80 Sensory, I’m comfortable giving it a five‑star rating—not because it’s perfect, but because of how well it delivers on the things that actually matter in this segment, especially at the cheaper real‑world transaction prices these typically sell for. The build quality stands out immediately. Material quality, fit, and finish are all genuinely impressive, and even after 30,000 miles the cabin remains tight with very few creaks or rattles. That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. What the QX80 does, it does exceptionally well, and that’s why it earns a full five stars from me.

I have been going to Gainesville Honda for a loooooong time and I make a point to see the same person and that is David Linville. For nearly 20 years, I have gone to David and no matter how busy or crazy his day might be going, he keeps his cool and remains calm and helpful. He is really good at focusing on the client during their time with him. I must have taken my ’96 Civic to him a zillion times lol to keep that sucker running and he was helpful each and every time… up until when I decided to let it go {sniff sniff ☹}. Now, I bring the 2015 which I don’t love as much as my ’96 but I still get good service! I appreciate the mechanics and everyone in the Service Department and shout out to Gene; he always makes me laugh.

I have approximately 36,000 miles in my car! She’s black with chrome rims and a billet grill and is my pride and joy, (also my 5th) - Infiniti G series. Originally bought because I felt this car was the safest, while be it, classiest, mom car to drive around my daughters - I just love it! I can spot my car in a lot of 100’s - she is that unique! Absolutely a dream! Gas mileage not so great - that’s the price of beauty!

Sales person Kenya Ellis-Walker helped us filter through the choices we had researched. She is knowledgeable, relaxed, patient and listened to us so that she understood what each of us in this couple wanted. She is great. Plus the whole Car Max experience is pleasant because you can flip among comparable cars of different makes and compare then and there. And you are not pressured at all because the sales people are salaried--the entire experience reduces stress and gives you more choice. Good for people who prefer space to think and options to compare.

Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

I recently purchased a QX60 for my partner and I brought my G37 in for trade-in. This car has 122000 miles on it and has barely even sniffled. The body needs some panels replaced because it’s been driven by me, my parter and 3 teenagers. The INFINITI dealer offered me $2500 for it in trade. I procrastinated closing the deal. I was reluctant to tell my partner that I just couldn’t part with it for that amount of money. Ultimately I came clean to her. Surprisingly, she agreed, completely. We are going to get the cosmetic things done and keep it around. For a “sedan” it has all the “sports car” in it that a 61 year old needs. I’ve been shopping for cars lately and I can honestly use the old saying, “they don’t make ‘em like this anymore”!

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

So far i have never had a problem with this car. I love my car, its the best. It has different drive modes like sports standard etc. It also drives very good in snow. I also get great miles to the gallon.
