2014 INFINITI QX70 review
Best car I ever purchased. Have always owned inifiniti’s (original i35, qx56 twice, qx4 twice and now a 2014 qx70 i purchased in 2018. Absolutely love this car! Handles well, heavy but sporty ride, does great in snow (I’m in Chicago), and the exterior has a unique and good look. I take care of it like it’s family - detail regularly, do all the maintenance usually before it’s due and just love it. Currently at 108k miles and plan to keep it to 200k. Only, only complaint is that the dash/graphics are dated (even for the model year). Could drop a grand on getting 3rd party apple play headset installed, but would rather put it into keeping in pristine condition. So sad infiniti dropped this line as nothing new out there tickles my fancy. The mechanics always comment how this was the “last good product made by intiniti”.

Making a 2-hour drive home in my Dodge truck, I noticed my cab lights would not go out. I tried everything I knew to shut them off. I called Transwest in Limon, CO to get help. Shelby, the new service manager, called me back even though it was after hours. He worked with me to figure out what the problem was and helped me solve it. It was dark by this time and I, fortunately, did not have to drive on the highway, in the dark, with my cab lights on. I had never met or spoken to Shelby before and had not been to the dealership in probably a year or longer. Shelby was so courteous and helpful. For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

2004 INFINITI QX56 review
I bought a pretty well-used one from a coworker. Hadn't been maintained very well, but the car still preformed decently! The interior was pretty comfortable, and could fit 7 people comfortably. Surprisingly, it had a backup camera. They can tow a pretty decent load too, I believe around 8000lbs.

From the beginning, I requested that the entire transaction be handled over email and online, with only pickup occurring in person. Rick was willing to work within that structure and communicated consistently and clearly throughout the process. He provided documents promptly and answered my questions directly. The deal ultimately did not move forward because removing the Vehicle Service Contract would have caused the dealership to lose money, and including it would have raised my monthly payment beyond what made financial sense for me. Rick explained this transparently, which I appreciated. Although I did not complete the purchase, my experience was professional and straightforward. I would work with them again in the future.
2016 INFINITI QX60 review
I love everything about the car. It is very comfortable and it rides great. There is plenty of room for luggage in the back. It seats 7 comfortably.
