I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Spence is an excellent advisor. He’s very knowledgeable about my car and what needs to be done at each mileage check-in. He is very helpful and I appreciate his thoughtfulness. The service dept is very fast and knowledgeable also, performing whatever needs to be done. Infiniti of KC is a wonderful dealership and I feel very confident and comfortable bringing my car here.

This is my second Infiniti. I still own my 1st one which presently has 312,500 plus mile. It was very reliable. I wanted a vehicle that had everything I wanted in it. So, I purchased it. I love it is all I can say.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

Well organized operation - quality cars - excellent sales person - hassle free process - Don't offer great deals however. If you go to a another dealer, you can do better but you will have to work hard to get the better deal and probably put up with irritating car dealer tricks.

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

I'm deaf so buying a car is not easy lots of things are not easy but they very happy texted my to talk to me someti.es it's hard buy anything most are rude and yell when I s a.c y I'm dear lol why yell still cant hear but they had no problem with texting with me also was not rude when I disided not to buy any car at that time and made sure I had a way home offered to call someone or a cab just very helpful in all told me to text if I changed my mind

After speaking with George Williams, a superb Nachbar Sales Manager, I drove all the way to the dealership to trade in my girlfriend's car on a 2016 75th Anniversary Jeep Wrangler! I have never purchase a vehicle sight unseen before and I have owned many vehicles. George's helpful attitude convinced me it was worth about 16 hours on the road to confirm everything he told me about the Jeep was accurate. As it turned out, because of George, this was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. George took care of all the details, explained everything in great detail, and made the buying experience worth every mile I drove to get there! Normally my dealings with car salesmen have ended less than satisfactorally, but I must say that George is a one of a kind Ace when it comes to car sales and customer satisfaction! I would make that drive again in a heartbeat in the future to deal with Nachbar because of him. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX.
