So far I'm in Love with the Car. Comfortable Tight Vehicle. I gave the Cadillac Escalade a try for years and they just simply disappointed me . QX80 is a winner.

Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

Awesome experience. Sales manager Mel Navarette was extremely helpful, considerate, and was anything but your typical car salesman. This man listened to our needs and helped us every step of the way. The entire team was friendly and helpful. They found the financing that fit my situation , in spite of my less than great credit and small down payment. I just bought the QX80 and only having it 3 days, i really like it. It is quite, runs smooth, still trying to figure out all of the options, (i.e.) radio, navigation and hands free cell phone, but I will get there soon. I know the gas mileage is not great, but that's ok for now. I have no major complaints as of now

The process was timely and efficient. Drove from Ft Worth to purchase the vehicle and needed to get back in the same day. The trade in and vehicle price was agreable.

Nansy, Osama, George, and Louis were great to work with. All of them worked diligently to ensure I was able to complete my purchase fairly. On the other hand, Kameron, who I believe is a sales manager, was a complete jerk and I would request NOT to speak with him. He is the main reason this review is not getting a 5th star. Also, buyers beware. You DO NOT have to purchase "resistall." This is a sales tactic that they will tell you is required to be bought. THAT IS A LIE. They will try to charge you $1,150 for a detail kit that can be purchased on eBay for $25. Don't fall for this! Ask for it to be removed.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

Ryan is fantastic at explaining and helping us learn more about our cars’ features; it is great working with him and the entire staff. The waiting areas are clean and comfortable and stocked with snacks and hot or cold drinks. If you’re there in the afternoon, lunch is ordered for you. You certainly will leave satisfied and confident with your serviced and washed car (courtesy) and your tummy will be happy too.

The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. This particular car meets all my needs. Leather seats common FM/a.m., heated seats, Sunroof, three USB ports just completely fully loaded. Is a keeper no doubt. Completely satisfied

In winter , the windows freeze. Once you roll the windows down they stay locked down. To roll them up , you have to pull up with your hands. Sometimes that trick works and other times not. Transmission jerks when you try to change gears from start to the 2 nd gear The side mirrors are smaller limiting the view particularly for the rear side view

Very good car so far with more amenities than I knew rides well with great acceleration and gas mileage. There are blind spots that’s take getting use to. Love it
