After spending time with the 2024 QX80 Sensory, I’m comfortable giving it a five‑star rating—not because it’s perfect, but because of how well it delivers on the things that actually matter in this segment, especially at the cheaper real‑world transaction prices these typically sell for. The build quality stands out immediately. Material quality, fit, and finish are all genuinely impressive, and even after 30,000 miles the cabin remains tight with very few creaks or rattles. That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. What the QX80 does, it does exceptionally well, and that’s why it earns a full five stars from me.

I am so pleased with this truck and this is the 3rd one that I have purchased from this same dealership. The staff really went far and beyond to find me the exact model that I want.

I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed with the comfort, ride quality and performance. Interior is aesthetically pleasing, well-appointed with leather and wood accents and high-grade plastic components. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. The engine is more than powerful enough, and ride is comfortable yet sporty. The size is perfect for someone looking for more room that traditional sedan, but not and oversized SUV. AWD has proven to be effective in the wet weather and I anticipate good performance in the snow this winter.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Cody at the service department took care of me! During my recent drive to Texas Tech, I encountered a bad dust storm that cause my check engine light to come on. I called and Cody scheduled me to come in on Saturday morning. They put me in another car during my stay so that I could still get stuff accomplished in Lubbock during my stay! I love Infiniti's service department! They are always looking out for the best interest of the client. My traveling buddy was super impressed! She had never encountered the superior service! It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

I bought the car recently. I would recommend if you want a nice interior and don't need all of the fancy tech that are in the newer rivals. I like the off road capability as we drive on the beach a lot and occasionally have to drive on some tougher trails. The comfort is really good though not quite as good as the new GMC Yukon Denali with the air suspension. The interior is reasonably plush but not as nice as the Navigator. It is just a step above the new Expedition or on par with the Yukon Denali. The main reason I bought the QX80 was for its off road capability. We have already done some moderate off roading and it performed flawlessly. The power is adequate. Not fast, but plenty for almost everyone. The only complaints are that the transmission is a bit lacking on gears.

The Lubbock Infinity dealership always services my vehicle in a timely manner. They are courteous and very helpful. It is cleaner when I leave , they do a fantastic job on everything that I have needed in the past. I will purchase my next vehicle from this dealership.

I went in to have a routine oil change today. The service was excellent, the concierge crew were very attentive Erica, who helped set up the appointment was knowledgeable about what was taking place. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and I was on my way. The process went very smoothly. Thank you Erica and the service team.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

Awesome dealership, traveling from Colorado Springs back to San Antonio. I reached out to Logan and explained to him that I was interested in the white Escalade he had on the lot. The only issue is that I was driving through Lubbock on a Sunday and the dealership is closed on Sunday’s. Logan went above and beyond and literally opened the dealership on a Sunday during abnormal business hours. This kind of customer service and hospitality is rare especially coming from a big city. We tip our hats to Logan Anderson and David Abbott and the Mcgavock team for making our car experience welcoming and valued . The Infinity is an excellent, & safe vehicle. I brought both of my infinity's from SW infiniti. The staff are honest, knowledgeable, & professional, also friendly.
