On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. So far I'm in Love with the Car. Comfortable Tight Vehicle. I gave the Cadillac Escalade a try for years and they just simply disappointed me . QX80 is a winner.

I felt they were honest 1st of all. Can't say that about very many dealerships. They gave the best trade-in value on my 2015 Tahoe (by far). I searched Missouri and Illinois for about 8 weeks and Sapaugh was the best experience Hands-Down. My ONLY fault with my whole experience was getting my paper work finished. It was a cash deal with a trade-in. NO financing needed. But it was a holiday weekend (01/02/2026) only one guy doing the paperwork processing instead of two. NOT a giant deal.

I bought the car recently. I would recommend if you want a nice interior and don't need all of the fancy tech that are in the newer rivals. I like the off road capability as we drive on the beach a lot and occasionally have to drive on some tougher trails. The comfort is really good though not quite as good as the new GMC Yukon Denali with the air suspension. The interior is reasonably plush but not as nice as the Navigator. It is just a step above the new Expedition or on par with the Yukon Denali. The main reason I bought the QX80 was for its off road capability. We have already done some moderate off roading and it performed flawlessly. The power is adequate. Not fast, but plenty for almost everyone. The only complaints are that the transmission is a bit lacking on gears.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

I am very quick to give a bad review if I think it is warranted but I am also quick to give a good one when warranted. Today 3/9 the shop worked on a recall plus other problems, I would like to thank everyone who worked on my car from checking in to getting my car back,, when it was given back to me it looked like a new car which had been fixed, not only cleaned outside but vac'd as well, this was a nice surprise and again thankyou to everyone who had anything to do with my MKX today. Today was an excellent experience.

This SUV is incredible. It's very quick, quiet, and it's extremely comfortable. Combine that with the best looking exterior in its class and the fact that it's 10x better than the previous model and it's a winner.
