I bought my 2019 Fpace S new and haven't had any problems with it. This is the longest I've ever kept a vehicle! It's fun to drive, tight, and responsive. Interior is really nice and comfortable. I've driven the car around town, interstate road trips, rain, snow, and even on beaches . . . it had handled well in all conditions.

Sean was a very helpful and an amazing service provider. And also the car was ready ahead of schedule. It was a very quick and easy experience.

The car has been great to drive around town and on very long trips. It gets a lot of luxe because of the uniqueness of the design. We did have some minor issues with the entertainment system and interior lighting. But the dealer was able to fix that with an upgrade to the software. So far, we are happy with it.

I stopped in for my first service visit yesterday over lunch. Shame on me for not keeping the receipt to give my service advisor credit for the great service. He was knowledgeable about what my EV would need and clearly explained what the visit would involve. The visit was faster than expected, and communication was top-notch. I had my vehicle in prior, to another Chevrolet dealer with less than stellar service, so this is now my go-to for service. Highly recommend!

Very nice overall. Style is great. I don't see another jaguar f pace on my commute. 2 years so far. Yulong white with Windsor sticking orange leather. Everything is nice inside. Ambient light. Navigation, sound,. So far I like. It is my first SUV. If after 5 years , and no issues, I want get F type. My other car choice for my budget is a Maserati but I heard it always need repair.

Omar, Eric and Tony were awesome to work with!! I came from to look at the Mercedes and it was my first big car purchase. I always drove Honda but wanted something more luxury. I noticed online ENE Motors had a big selection of luxury cars and imports so if I wanted to upgrade to another Honda Pilot they had one. Well after I told them what I was looking for they had me drive one of the 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLS 550 they had, during the test drive I knew that I wanted it. When I got back they started they had already appraised my trade and we went into the office to get financing. I was very happy with the rate and terms. So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
