George, the sales person who managed my new lease, and Steve, in the finance department were exemplary and a credit to White Plains Jaguar/Land Rover. Patient, knowledgable, integrity and kindness are words that come to mind. They worked hard to resolve issues that I was facing, that had caused much stress. They made me feel like a valued customer, and were loyal to my history at White Plains Jaguar. As an anecdote, George on his own reviewed my paperwork, and discovered more ways for me to save money in this process and was particularly sensitive to my journey. Steve was creative in addressing my prior purchase of a Jaguar XJ. I really appreciated my experience, and am grateful for their service. Before buying my Land Rover, I spoke to a sales associate about what I was looking for. Tulsa didn't have what I wanted at the time but they did recommend that I buy a certified used vehicle and told me what the perks were. I followed his advice and I have to say that it was great advice, I love my Land Rover, the most comfortable ride I've been in. Anyway, got my first service done here in Tulsa. Customer service was excellent, I was given a loaner vehicle to shop and eat with, I was told upfront what the anticipated cost would be barring unexpected replacement of filters and such before service was ever started and my service was completed a few minutes before the expected completion time. Top-notch service and dealership !!!

Mark -----, the service manager at Desert Motors, was very good, much better than your SM for my Carrera in 2004. Although $920 now for a 20,000-mile service on my 2016 Macan seemed (close to) exorbitant. I plan to send work list to a family friend who worked at a Porsche dealer. Outside temp gauge for SUV is laughably bad and mine corresponds with what other owners say. I also have suspected that ambient temperatures in Deutschland may be a factor, which makes little sense, but Macan owners do wonder why there is still no fix. If temperature gauge is only problem with a Macan, then I am well satisfied, and the car is definitely a joy to drive. Thank you,
