Jaguar XE had an engine code that the Techs readily addressed & obtained the necessary parts. They performed the work and everything was perfect as well as getting the car cleaned. Service Writer Mike Kelly arranged for a loaner since they needed to get the parts & I had some appointments to keep. Additionally he kept me informed as to their progress. For context, I currently own 4 M-B vehicles and have owned at least 1M-B vehicle for 50+ years. Last year I bought a new 2024 AMG EQE?it is nice, pretty and a pleasure to drive; however, the fit and finish has not been up to M-B standards, imo. We had to have the entire dashboard realigned. It has now been at the dealership for almost 3 weeks to fix a software and/or sensor glitch. A part had to be ordered from Germany?that took a week. Another part had to be installed?that took a week. After plenty of research, I purchased a used 2018, Jaguar F-Pace R-Sport model, with 27,000 miles. It’s beautiful. Exterior color is Indus Silver and flawless. The interior is black leather with cream color stitching. A+ on comfort, from smooth driving to seat comfort with front and rear adjustable seats all with seat heaters. Cargo area is roomy. Car came with carpet and rubber, silver logo’d floor mats. Sunroof is front and back. Headlights auto adjust depending on darkness of road. This 4-cylinder turbo has eco, comfort, and sport mode with plenty of power and torque. Interior has plenty of room for front and back passengers. Great gas mileage at 27+ miles/gallon. I purchased this edgy, stylish, yet aggressive car to commute with, and couldn’t be happier. I own 3 BMW’s: a 740i, 528i, and 330i… I took a chance on Jaguar, and I LOVE this car!

I bought my 2019 Fpace S new and haven't had any problems with it. This is the longest I've ever kept a vehicle! It's fun to drive, tight, and responsive. Interior is really nice and comfortable. I've driven the car around town, interstate road trips, rain, snow, and even on beaches . . . it had handled well in all conditions.

Excellent fuel efficiency in the diesel model; approximately 34/35mpg on country back roads and highway driving. The connectivity with Apple play is confusing to me as is the gps navigation system but that might just be a European way of designing the system. This mid size suv is lovely and elegant and something not everyone owns.

Two auto shops told me that I would need new brakes pads and rotors replaced for the front brakes. Quotes were provided about how much it would cost to do so. I decided to reach out to Venice Honda and asked how much would it cost for that; the provided price was lower! So, I took my car to Honda Dealership and told the advisor what my car needed...he asked me why would new rotors be needed based on the historical records of my vehicle? I told him that I was told by the two auto shops I went to. Long story short, my advisor had my car inspected and called me back and said I didn't need new rotors since it could be resurfaced, which would save me 50% without new rotors. I also got the fuel injector cleaning service done the same day. I had the price for that as well from the other two shops I went to..., and I decided to do it with Honda, which was also cheaper than the other two auto shops. My advisor also told me that nothing else is needed for my car today, and he provided me with a list of what will be required for the next visit...no pressure on getting stuff that doesn't need to be done then and there. I will come to Honda Venice for all services from now on...not just the regular maintenance...Oh, I was calling around to get a price on new brake pads and rotors replaced for my car; not a single auto shop in the area could beat Venice Honda for the same service price. I recommended Venice Honda! My advisor was Joe Cordaro; he was awesome, great...and funny too. Advisor Anthony Denby was also very helpful and polite when assisting me with my questions regarding the prices of the services I needed. I would recommend these two when you need to visit Venice Honda :) Their customer service is genuinely welcoming and exceptional...everyone is so nice!

I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Jaguar F-Pace SVR with 11,000 miles just over six months ago, and it has completely transformed how much I drive. I used to average 12,000 miles a year in my non-performance vehicles, but with this Jaguar, I’m now clocking nearly 20,000 miles a year simply because I enjoy driving it so much. Whenever I have a tough day, stepping into my F-Pace SVR and starting the engine instantly lifts my spirits. Everything about this SUV is remarkable—the exhaust note, the drive modes, the interior features—it’s all a joy to experience. I’ve never been a fan of using paddle shifters, but this vehicle changed that for me. Merging onto the highway in Sport mode, paddle-shifting through the gears, and hearing the exhilarating chainsaw-like upshifts from the ZF8 transmission is pure adrenaline—it takes me back to feeling like a kid discovering speed for the first time. Though Jaguar is discontinuing its current lineup, I highly recommend grabbing an F-Pace SVR while you still can. A couple of personal tips: I opted for leather performance seats over Alcantara, and I’m so glad I did. They look fantastic, are easy to clean, and have the bonus of seat cooling—perfect for summer. If I had to nitpick a downside, I’d echo what others have mentioned about the hood shaking slightly at higher speeds. While it’s noticeable, it doesn’t bother me, and I’ve come to think of it as a design choice to enhance airflow during high-performance driving. If you’re on the fence about this SUV, don’t hesitate—it’s an incredible vehicle, and I promise you won’t be disappointed
