Nine Stars Auto Group review
Have you ever left from the dealership feeling like you’ve won the lottery? Well we definitely did. When we came home our neighbors were asking us if we had won the lottery because we drove home with a beautiful BMW X5 and a handsome Mercedes E350 cabriolet. OMG I highly recommend Nine Stars Auto to people who have dream cars they have not yet fulfilled because ours came true when we bought these affordable luxury cars 😂. They are in perfect smooth like new running condition and super clean inside. Pass MD inspection with flying colors. Thank you PJ, Cameron, Gazal and all the mechanics and porters. They were all really nice and their customer service exceeded our expectations. I’m attaching pix of our dream cars 😂. I normally don’t give reviews but I’m compelled give one to this dealership. I see a lot of reviews in here saying they are not pushy well obviously they don’t need to be pushy salespeople because their cars and prices speaks volume. Thank you again Nine Stars for making our dream come true!
2020 Jaguar I-PACE review
We were looking for a plug-in car we could love without success for years. Finally we found the I-Pace! It's super fun to drive. It's marketed as an SUV, but that's a bit of a stretch -- although the interior is spacious, it's lower and longer than most SUV's, making it more like a sportwagon in both looks and how it drives. The car has a ton of features, most of them accessed through a touch screen. Unfortunately the touch screen layout is not very intuitive and it can be challenging to figure out; the user manual is some help, but is more of a reference than a guide ("here's what this button does" rather than "here's how you do this"). Is it worth the price tag? Well, the price is actually a little lower than comparable BEV vehicles like Tesla X or Audi e-Tron. But if an all-electric vehicle isn't important to you, you can get the same level of comfort and technology for quite a bit less. As for reliability, it's too early to tell. But it was delivered with a bad wheel hub that had it in the shop for a week when we'd only had it a couple of weeks. We worry that this could reflect poor quality control in manufacturing, although it could just be a fluke. We sure hope so -- certainly the long warranty indicates they believe in their reliability.
