I bought a fully specked 2019 Ipace in 2020 and have put ~15k miles on it. It isn't a very efficient EV, and today many other EVs will charge faster, but if you are staying with a 300 mile / 500 km circle most of the time, it is perfect for you. Drives really well. Loads of awards. Unique.

Over all great experience with buying a car. I first contacted them about a car on Cars.com on a Sunday. I received a reply that day and was put in contact with Nick. I spoke with Nick about the car and discussed purchasing it. I was from out of state and when I was able to drive in and see that car I was impressed. The car was in fantastic shape and I ended purchasing the car with Mike’s (I did not realize I was working a different salesman until later as my husband was the first person to great a salesman). Anyway, Mike quickly looked into my online profile and knew exactly which car I was there for. He quickly helped us get the paperwork rolling. I have to admit I’m not used to the car buying process, it felt like it took from ever. But the entire sales team was so helpful, they found me a great for financing, worked to add my car to my insurance policy, got me all fixed up with the proper tags and plates for the state I live in, and cleaned up and gased up my new car for the drive home. I purchased the "First Edition" more than a year ago and have been loving it ever since. I traded in my Mercedes S550 and never missed it. The car is super quick and handles great. I find the seats very comfy. The tech is a little slow, but doesn't really bother me personally. I use the Andriod Auto and like how it works. The heated steering wheel works great, and is a favorite feature of mine. I have only used this car with my home charger, and it works great for commuting. I haven't had any problems with the car. Highly recommend!

Having had many very bad experiences with Land Rover of Greenville SC I decided to give Asheville a try. Brandon my service advisor was excellent, they very quickly identified the problem and resolved it. In addition they offered to come pick up my vehicle in Greenville, cannot ask for better service! Highly recommend them.

I've had my 2022 I-Pace HSE for a month now. Quiet, lightning fast, no loss of acceleration on highway and just as quiet as my Lexus when I'm speeding along. Comfortable seats, good controls and excellent steering, with lots of drive modes to chose from. A really, low center of gravity, race car that doubles as a comfortable cruiser (and I'm 60 and like a comfortable ride now most of all). It doesn't have a center console clock, it has a ton of menus that do everything, but you have to initial spend some time figuring them out. There is no feedback from the engine telling you what the car is doing like the old days, and the standard mirror is way to dark, looking into that tiny heavily tinted rear glass window (my car did not come with Clearview rear view mirror, which should be standard, and that is huge). The panoramic roof is so dark, it neither lets in light nor allows much of a view, and definitely miss my sunroof that opened, because you use the A/C sooo much less. Plus, but I actually enjoy this, you must plug the car in as soon as you get home. But I'd still chose this car. I arrive home with 50-60% power every night, and even my standard wall outlet charges the car to 80%+ by A.M. and that suits me fine. (2022 model has faster charger), Instant acceleration and high regen braking allows you to drive without applying the brakes !! That is fantastic !! Although I did switch to low regen after a couple weeks and I really like how it coasts and still regenerates the battery. A seriously cool car that puts you on the cutting edge, and my solar panels charge it up at night, what more could you ask for as you speed by the gas station and repair shop !!!??? : )

They reached out right away after my online inquiry into the '17 Lexus NX. Unfortunately there was no delivery service and this would be costly from Ft. Meyers to Las Cruces, NM. Nonetheless the rep was very forthright with the car info and felt no hard selling on their end. Always appreciated when your not there in person to make personal contact.

Have owned for 6 months without any problems.Meets all our needs for in town driving use non elec suv for distance driving.Attracts loads of favorable attention.This is my 6 th Jag all were exciting,but this is the best ever.Will always own at least one electric car.

Beautiful exterior and interior design. Drives like real sport car. Battery is enough for most daily drives, but you may want to use other car for long trips if you don't want spend time on chatting on the road. Very luxury inside, looks like exotic car

We were looking for a plug-in car we could love without success for years. Finally we found the I-Pace! It's super fun to drive. It's marketed as an SUV, but that's a bit of a stretch -- although the interior is spacious, it's lower and longer than most SUV's, making it more like a sportwagon in both looks and how it drives. The car has a ton of features, most of them accessed through a touch screen. Unfortunately the touch screen layout is not very intuitive and it can be challenging to figure out; the user manual is some help, but is more of a reference than a guide ("here's what this button does" rather than "here's how you do this"). Is it worth the price tag? Well, the price is actually a little lower than comparable BEV vehicles like Tesla X or Audi e-Tron. But if an all-electric vehicle isn't important to you, you can get the same level of comfort and technology for quite a bit less. As for reliability, it's too early to tell. But it was delivered with a bad wheel hub that had it in the shop for a week when we'd only had it a couple of weeks. We worry that this could reflect poor quality control in manufacturing, although it could just be a fluke. We sure hope so -- certainly the long warranty indicates they believe in their reliability.

My family has bought 35 cars from carmax, never had an issue.We had some issues with some of the cars but they took care of it right away. What gained my respect for carmax is that we bought a car a HYUNDAI ELantra 2012. DROVE THE CAR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. Went to trade it in and we found out the car was in a bad car accident in the front, and that's why it was pulling to the right. We were never told that this car was in an accident. We were told that it never was. Immediately they paid off our loan and put us in another new car. That's a good company. Therefore in my opinion they are awesome

This is our second EV (leased the BMW i3 before). Owned the I-PACE since May 2019, has 13,500 miles so far, it has been a wonderful vehicle all around. Obviously never having to buy gas, the instant torque with AWD are the biggest draws. We charge primarily at home and it "fills-up" for less than $4.00 with GA Power's EV rate (11:00 pm - 7:00 am). But, its size, city and highway driving manners, interior and exterior styling makes it the perfect car for us. The only time I needed to go to the dealer was for a software update. The infotainment and connectivity updates can be made over the air and Jaguar has been good about fixing bugs and making improvements. I definitively would recommend this car to anyone looking for an EV that does it all in style.

My experience was 10/10. From the first time I called and spoke with Lorraine (salesperson), very knowledgeable and helpful. It was positive experience. Then when I was finally ready to purchase a used vehicle, Lorraine gave me the information I needed in regards of the car I was interested in. On a Monday I called and spoke with the Finance Department manager, Michelle, and again the experience was 10/10. Michelle answered all my questions. We've had our 2020 HSE for two years now. When buying we wanted something more car than tech and jaguar obviously are the masters at that. They've produced a real driver's EV and as a result, converted this petrol head to an EV head. Well done Jaguar, looking forward to seeing where you go from here.

This car is fantastic!!! I'd highly recommend this vehicle for anyone in the Luxury EV market. Tesla has the slight edge in range, technology, and a vast super charging network. However, Tesla can not compare to the Jaguar I-Pace's more appealing exterior styling/design, luxurious appointed interior, superior build quality, better reliability, better road terrain/off road capability and Jaguar's 5 year zero maintenance program that cant be beat by any Luxury auto-maker. I purchased and installed a Level 2 charging station in my garage, so I rarely need to charge while away from home. Yet, on a trip from Minnesota to Chicago, I used the Plugshare app and filtered for locations with high powered stations along my route , and charging was a quick and a breeze!! Lastly , there are current sales throughout the nation with 17k- 23k discounts on the 2020 I-PACE.

It was great. He went out of his way to help me. The only thing I didn’t like was the rebate not coming back to me personally. 🤷‍♀️ love and learn. I’m happy with the car and the experience. But I’m going to a dealer to get car operating lessons. Overall he was a happy guy friendly, family sort of atmosphere.
