CarMax Grand Rapids (Kentwood) review
This review is about their buying process, not their sales. (I live >100 miles away, so I've never had to come this far to buy a car.) After my Ford Fusion Energi PHEV came off lease, I bought it out and resold it to CarMax. Their online assessment process was fair and painless, and they offered me a pretty good price for me car. But that was an estimate, not an offer. I drove my car all the way here expecting to be haggled to death and get a reduced offer, but--it didn't happen. They examined the car and paid me the original offered amount with no dickering at all. It was a pleasant surprise. Fast-forward to today; now I've got a nice Ford Escape PHEV. They gave a nice estimate when I checked online, so I bought out my lease and I need to get the car over here to sell it to them. I'm hoping history will repeat itself.

Kunes Hyundai of Sycamore review
My wife and I experienced a serious overheating problem in our Santa Fe while driving from our home in Kansas City to Chicago. We found Kunes Hyundai online and were blown away by the superior service they offered. Kyle served as our service advisor, and he went above and beyond to take care of us. He patiently explained the problem, told us they had to order a part, and promised the vehicle would be done by Tuesday. When I left the facility, Kyle said he was on the phone trying to work a little magic to get the part sooner. I don't know who he called or what he said, but he worked the magic. The part came on Monday, and they had the Santa Fe fixed and back to us a day ahead of schedule! That was tremendous. We were already sold on the Hyundai, but this experience reminded us again of why we are on our third vehicle. The level of customer care is off the charts at Hyundai. And Kyle is the best service advisor we've ever had. The repairs fixed the problem and got us safely back home to Kansas City. I would gladly recommend Kunes Hyundai without hesitation. Car Luxe Motors review
I had a great experience purchasing a used car from Mike and the Car Luxe dealership as an out of state customer. Mike was very communicative and accommodating, including having his team run the car over to a local mechanic of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection so I felt comfortable moving forward with the purchase. Mike worked with the prior owner to transfer the vehicle's extended warranty, and then worked with various shipping companies to get my vehicle delivered to me safely before I had to travel out of town for an extended period. I would absolutely return to Car Luxe and purchase another vehicle from Mike and the team.
2015 Jaguar XF review
This has been a fantastic car. It is beautiful inside and out, incredibly comfortable, and amazing to drive. It handles like a dream. When on the highway, passing is a breeze with this turbocharged beauty.

2009 Jaguar XF review
This is the second Jaguar I've owned, and it won't be my last! I'm older now, and wanted to try a 4D. I previously had a 2D coupe, which I highly recommend, but this is still very sporty, with extra space and seating, still feels like I'm driving a sportscar and handles like one! It's super luxurious, with all the bells and whistles you'd expect from Jaguar, an all leather interior, heated/cooled seats, keyless entry/start, alarm, touch screen, trip navigation, valet and their signature, wood paneling. I love my Jaguar XF Super Premium Luxury Car!
