I have driven a BMW 750LI and an Audi A8, the jaguar XJL 5.0 beats then both. The technology in the car, the style and comfort, and the power beats then hands down
First time buying online. Great communication throughout the whole process made me very comfortable with my purchase. I will recommend them to all my friends.

I have now had my 2016 XJL Potfolio for 1 year. I love the looks of the car and it’s driving performance and luxury. However the infotainment system is years behind Merecedes, Audi, and BMW. I had an Audi A8L prior to this and this is a step backwards as far as the electronics. The worst part is that The Bluetooth and hands free system have never worked properly since day 1 and are completely unreliable and dealer had not been able to get it resolved. Also my ability to get it to play my music from my phone is equally unreliable. Just way too many electronic glitches with this car. Getting assistance from Jaguar and the dealer has also been a big hassle. I am going to take a hit and get ride of this car in the next few months, tired of the glitches and their inability to get it resolved. As a whole I have been very disappointed with my experience and the quality of the car and Jaguar’s service. I would not recommend getting this car unless you have lots of patience.
Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.
They were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them and the dealership.

I purchased a used 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport with a lot of options and under 15k miles. I'm a big guy, 6'3" and big-boned, with two younger children that require car seats. There is still some room behind me with the seat backed up all of the way. The features and smart key are a nice touch. I am used to a V-6 AWD vehicle, so it has taken some time getting used to the slower acceleration in normal or ECO mode. In Sport mode, the acceleration is good. I really like the looks of this car. It just stinks you have to go to the Sport or Limited model to get dark interiors, but I'll deal with it.
My experience with Land Rover at Hinsdale was exceptional. I appreciate the professionalism of the team specifically Brendan Heston who walked me through the sale. Was very impressed and would buy another vehicle there.

Beautiful design -BUT FOR THE PRICE OF THIS CAR (XJ 2016) IT DOES NOT HAVE A WINDSHIELD DEICER?
Also: for the price of this car there are no hand hold straps to assist getting in or out of the front seat - plain dumb when you consider that us Old foggies are the ones who buy these cars and could use the assistance getting in and out.
Also the navigation system is far too complex and basically unusable.
Te eco system is a real pain.
Al and Kim were outstanding never pressured me .I bought a Cadillac Escalade platinum loaded with the bells and whistles. They treated me very well. I will recommend them to other people.Nice luxury cars and suvs.

Very nice car you will fall in love with. Has a bold, aggressive stance that is noticed especially silver. Car's touch screen is pokey, but has a lot of functions and the navigation map is very good. One of the best features is the sound system. You will hear almost every instrument in clear, balanced sound with over 20 speakers. They put a lot of time and money into the sound and it completes this car you will not need to spend a penny on upgrades. Look for certified versions only since small things can go wrong. Had a radiator tube burst twice and the cup holder cover broke which was serviced for free by the dealer. They also give you a free loaner.
I have taken my 2006 Range Rover to Howard Orloff dealer on several occasions and received great customer service from Ikram but the mechanics are careless and don't pay attention to detail. My truck was there for almost 2 months, only to receive it back with the engine cover in my trunk. I had to place it back on the engine myself and after taking my truck back in to address some sensors. I asked Ikram to make sure the mechanics mount my engine cover from the previous visit. I received my truck on yesterday afternoon and last night took a look under the hood, only to find the cover had not been mounted. I shouldn't have to go under the hood to verify that work has been done. Careless!
