Bought a certified used XJ 3.0 AWD. Amazing ride. As smooth at 100 as it is at 40. Comfortable for long road trips, and nimble enough for downtown. Surprisingly fast acceleration... especially for the poor soul who want to try against it. This is the only car I've ever owned I plan to keep forever.

Love the styling. The only luxury car that looks different The others look like they were stamped out with a cookie cutter. I never owned a car hat gets compliments from complete strangers.

Michelle was great as always! However the fact that you go to the dealership that you trust and ask them to fix something very specific and obvious that requires only the cost estimate and labor and you hear that they NEED to run the ?diagnostic ? is very upsetting! If I tell you that windshield wipers needs to be replaced don?t tell me that you need to run diagnostic! Anyway, Michelle has taken care of this, the last time!

Most fun car I've had since my 85 Vette. Beautiful design that gets tons of attention. Elegant interior reeks of style and class. Unexpected performance from the 3.0 Supercharged engine that will leave others in your dust. I have put over 60,000 miles on the car and have not had any maintenance issues. Overall I could not rate this car any higher. Love it!

My experience was excellent! Jasmine was very friendly and gave fabulous customer service throughout my purchase experience! I returned to Car Max in Franklin, as I had questions for service re: the 2020 Jeep Wrangler I purchased a few weeks ago from this location. Justin helped me unhook a cable in order to get the top off the Jeep…. It was user error vs issue with the Jeep :). He helped me reset the oil life indicator, and popped the sun visor into proper place. He was all about service with a great attitude. my 2015 Jaguar XJ all wheel drive 3.0 V6, what can I say other than I love it these cars are built much different than the average they do require maintenance again ,they do require maintenance ,if you do not believe in maintaining your car this is not the car for you however if you do maintain your car this car will shine for you ,beautiful to look at beautiful to ride in , wonderful incredible road manners a real gentleman on the road and a sports car in sheep‘s clothing ,over the top luxury the interior is incredibly beautiful love the lines of the exterior haven’t had a problem with it , the supercharged V6 kick butt and yet delivers great gas mileage I am a big fan of Jaguar‘s that’s why I own 2 xj’s . I have owned three Mercedes-Benz and I can actually say I would never own another, I realize the cost in owning a jag but it’s the price to pay to be this type of boss, to me nothing beats it in the interior , or Exterior style and I just can’t get past those items I haven’t had a problem as I mentioned ,however if you are buying a jag , and you’re not gonna buy a new one , I encourage you to do your homework don’t buy the cheapest jag buy the best maintain jag , do your homework even BMW Mercedes Audi have people who ,buy them and are slackers they don’t maintain the cars they turn them in , or literally drive them until there’s a major problem and then trade it in ,don’t be cheap realize what you’re driving and maintain it there’s nothing like looking out the window into your driveway to see a gorgeous car that you don’t see pulling around the corner at every other stoplight the stares you’ll get will really blow you away as though ,you are royalty or a celebrity but that’s what you get when you drive a jag

This is my 4th Jaguar. I got the top of the line loaded Super Charged Long version. The styling is stunning. Very comfortable. Luxurious, stylish and yet practical for every day use. Very reliable. Only Cons: Infotainment system like 2 generations behind and slow. Pros: Everything. Not sure where to start. Compared to other brands top sedans, reasonably priced. And, despite their reputation, these are reliable. Just as reliable as comparable Mercedes S Class and better then BMW 7series

This Jaguar is an icon that will never be reproduced with his total aluminum body and powerfull V8. Both contribute to an economic ride with an average of 21 mpg and 25 mpg on interstate. The interior is the classic wood and leather trim you rearly find now in today?s cars. I love this car and it hurts thst I need to sell it.

I have always like the styling of Jaguars, yet have never purchased one due to concerns about their reliability. When I noticed the price difference between a Mercedes Benz S550 and a XJ8, I immediately looked further into a Jaguar. When I went to test drive the XJ, I was impressed with how direct the steering response was, and how I felt engaged when I was behind the wheel. The car soaks up potholes and road imperfections like a sponge, and has seats with excellent lumbar support. My absolute favorite part about this car is the way it looks, inside and out. The Mercedes, BMW, and Lexus big sedans are all very boring looking, and kind of ugly. They all look as though they have to prove something to someone. The Jaguar XJ however, seems kind of content with itself, not trying to prove anything. I really love the lines on the side of the car, and especially the character lines on the hood. The inside is lovely, mine with beige leather with navy piping and beautiful burled wood inlays. The technology is not the most state of the art, but it is much easier to use than anything I have come across. I chose the color Radiance. It is a dark red and looks absolutely stunning, especially on a sunny day. The engine does lack horsepower, but the car is lightweight because it is made from aluminum, so it actually is quite quick, and economical. In the city, I get about 18 mpg. On the highway however, I get 28 miles per gallon. (Yes, I am serious.) I love my Jaguar XJ. I would recommend it to anyone in the market for such a vehicle, and absolutely love my daily commute to the office in my beautiful Jaguar XJ.
