I purchased my black on black coupe in 2005 when it had 32000 miles and have driven it sparingly. Today it has only just over 37000 and it has been almost flawless! I did have to replace a headlight washer at the dealer when I first bought it (expensive), but she hasn't been back to the dealer since. I replace the oil with Mobil 1 full synthetic every 6 months and use Sonoco 93 premuim gas. The car runs great, makes no unwanted noises, and has no rust or corrosion whatsoever. Ford did a great job with these. I also have a 2006 Mercedes SL500 and they drive very similarly with almost the same horsepower (300). I have never felt that I neded anything more. These cars are well engineered and will surely appreciate in value over time!

I always wanted a Jaguar XK-8 in the early 2000s, so bought a Coupe NEW from Rosenthal in N. VA. I love to drive it and it is a "Head-Turner". I have had it maintained/serviced religiously, and have had no issues of note . . . and it is currently performing like new! Selling only because my wife has difficulty getting in & out due to age issues and wants a sedan!? It is a GREAT car that I am regrettably selling.

I recently purchased a 2006 XK8 to replace a 2001 that caught a deer. The '01 basically survived, but sadly the cost of replacing the hood drove the insurance company to total it. IMO, this is one of the most beautiful cars produced in the last 25 years. And there is nothing being built anywhere today that looks as good. These are not loud cars for as fast as they are (electronically limited to 155 mph). With the top up, you can have a very quiet conversation with your passenger. You might have to interrupt your chat briefly while overtaking loud muscle cars that sound like they're about to explode at high speeds, but that is a mild nuisance that will be left behind in short order. Also, the driver does need to actively watch the speedometer because of this. These cars are so quiet and poised it is difficult to tell the difference between 70mph and 100mph by looking out the window, especially if there is no other traffic. There are mechanical issues, especially with the older models. Most of the significant ones (timing chain tensioners and cylinder sleeves) should have been taken care of by now. And these were mostly already corrected in the post 2000 models. All 20 year old vechicles are going to have faults, but these are very solid vehicles, and with reasonable maintenance, they are very reliable.

I owned a 2006 XK8 before purchasing my 2010 XKR, both are convertibles. This was a beautiful vehicle, and I loved driving it on trips and nights out. The car was not turbo charged but had sufficient power on the road, and plenty of speed. The only issue I had was that the battery would tend to lose charge and this affects the performance occasionally yielding a restricted performance or stall mode message. I started using a battery maintainer and this seemed to solve the problem. Other than that, the car was a blast to drive and I recommend it if you can find one in good condition and a service record with under 60,000 miles.

Love my car. Esthetically beautiful. Only two thi gs i can complain about-the cup holder design sucks and rims made cheaply chrome plated not chrome rims. Began peeling off immediately. Other than that love my car. Oh and if your expecting superior speed. You'd be disappointed.

I purchased a 2014 BMW 435i from this seller. I was searching for very specific features and his vehicle satisfied all of them. I just bought this Coupe with 60,000 miles on the clock. The vehicle had been in a minor accident, but is still in decent condition. He runs like a stallion! I plan on changing out the transmission filter/fluid to keep the transmission shifting smoothly. (I am currently replacing the valve chains/tensioners on April 2nd, 2024). I'll keep working on the interior and plan on replacing the old headlamps with LED units. I also plan on removing (and selling) the rear seats, replacing them with slide bars for extra luggage room. This really is a two-seat, Grand Touring automobile, not a Sports Coupe. Since I have no family (and never will) the XK8 will allow me to travel at 1000+ mile stretches in comfort. The style is impeccable and the engine's smooth performance is pulse-quickening. Since I live in Northwestern Oregon, the convertible wasn't a practical option, so I sought out a Coupe. (I'm happy that I did). Put your money into restoring one of these Grand Touring machines. You'll gain more attention than the Corvette, Mercedes, Audi, Nissan and Porsche owners and you'll enjoy the ride. Come on. You know that you really want one, or you wouldn't be reading this.

Have an older Mercedes that was in need of serious and expensive maintenance according to the dealer. Was informed that serious electrical and engine issues could develop if not immediately addressed. Needed a second opinion and good friends recommended Iannnelli. Best decision. Rob kept me informed every step of the way and was most up front that there may be undiscovered and hidden concerns (which there were) and gave me the honest opinion about severity and need to address. This is a great operation and I am most impressed with the customer service and their integrity.Cant wait to buy a new car and will definitely go back. Awesome.

If you are after comfort and looks, this is the car for you, but, and here's the big but, be prepared to spend more than normal for maintenance. It is a Jaguar, and that is a small company, and there are not that many dealers to take the car to, and when you do, bring a full wallet or a very good credit card. Not a sports car. This is a grand touring car, and not something for the race track. It is pretty quick for what it is, and it does handle well.

This ’97 convertible is 24 years old, has 83k miles, and except for a new electrochromic rearview mirror, driver’s side seat control module, a vacuum line and a third set of Pirellis, is 100% original, and looks and runs like showroom new. Most people, particularly in America, don’t understand that Jags are for savoring, not abusing. Treat the car like the woman you love or a fine Bordeaux and it’ll last you forever. Abuse it and you’ll spend more time in the repair shop then on the road.

Taking this car out on the road for the first time, I was a little apprehensive about the lowness of the vehicle compared to the sedans I used to drive. But the car helds its own as it jostled amongst the SUV's and higher vehicles. Only when driving other sports cars did I realise that the XK is not that particluarly low. The car was a joy to drive and easily managed to transfer the power to the two rear wheels. There always seemed to be accelertion on tap available to nip in and out of traffic. Took the XK out on an open road and was doing 240 km/h (137 mph) without the pedal hitting the metal, but my sensibilities to realise that the laws of physics can be unforgiving slowed me down. And the handling of the car is second to none, since whilst the car held the road with no complaint, I was being thrown inside the cockpit due to my own foolhardy manouevers (got the bruises to prove it!). The boot is also large enough to accomodate a couple of golf bags (the criteria for Jaguar) but to me that meant that I could put my luggage and a small holdall when driving to the airport. The down sides for me are the fact that this car did not come with the manual option but relied only on automatic transmission. All very well for the amount of power available, but the gear changes seemed a little on the lagged side in my opinion. The biggest complaints are the brakes and cockpit size. The brakes were soft at best for this kind of car. I would have liked to have seen a more positive braking capability, like on the Nissan Maxima, on this kind of car. The cockpit size for people above 6 feet in height can also be a little problematic, especially with the convertible, whose top is a couple of inches shorter in height. Finally the wheels. At about USD 250 each for the cool 19" low profile tyres and with a lifespan of no more than 15,000 miles, they are an expensive item. All in all, a car with curves to take your breath away, the power to match and ignoring the little maintenance issues, a great car to buy. My only reservation is to buy new since the quality may not hold up with a used Jaguar with multile previous owners. She is a one owner gal.

For a SPORT vehicle. . . surprisingly comfortable. Stable. Secure ride. For city and highway. Inexpensive as used. . . as a four passenger seating area. . . not for family with children. Rear seating is close and best used for shopping items. Once repairs are done they last. The 1999 Jaguar xk8 convertible. inexpensive to Insure as a classic.

Best looking convertible on the road. Well, maybe the Rolls comes close. New Jag styling is not as sleek and resembles other high end convertibles.

This is my second van I purchased here. My first one was a 1996 Aerostar back in 2015 and it was really clean and drove nice. I never had major issues. It was best experience and best used vehicle I got. It ended up getting t boned in little less than year having it. I was happy to have found another van there. I called and asked if they had vans. The one they had was higher priced than what I could get. Brandon told me he was getting one next day. When I talked to him on phone about it, it sounded like it would be a great van. I am happy to have made my purchase there. I have had great customer service experience from there. Also when you walk away making a purchase, you are happy with vehicle and walk away without regret. This replaced an S Class Merc.that I drove for 22yrs a 180 for sure on the XK8..but can one be in "love" w/a car?..bought in 2006 with 19Kmi.has only 31K now.but every mile I treasure,,great for amateur racing too if you deign to.

When the XK8 design was first introduced, Jaguar had a winner. It's a beautiful cruiser. After 24 years of ownership, it proved to be the most reliable, worry-free vehicle that I ever owned.

OMG the journey through the current used car climate has been horrendous. & I’ll be frank. Throughout the countless sleepless stressful hours of internet trolling Mike came up repeatedly & when I pounced on the just arrived beauty gracing my driveway I can’t tell you what a brilliant experience it was to work efficient coherent & honest with a real human. Classic. Sleek exterior design and classic interior with burlwood on dashboard and leather seats. Comfortable, even for my 6'1" husband. Fun to drive. Love this car!! Good year 'round except in snow. Large trunk for golf clubs or grocery load at Costco. Seats four but meant for two. Have had my jaguar Xk8 for nearly 18 years.

The ride is unmatched for a sports car. Handling and response is off the charts. Turns head weather at a car show or just driving down the street. People are constantly asking me what kind of car is that. People mistake it for a astin martin all the time and cant believe its a 2002 model.
