Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Mina was great to work with for the recent purchase of our 2015 Ford F-250. He was easy to talk to and was quick to answer all of our questions. He provided us with lots of options for extended warranties and gap insurance for our purchase. The pictures of the vehicle I looked at prior to our visit were proven true when we saw the vehicle in person. I own a 2001 xk8 and have no regrets about this car which I use mostly on weekends. It is still a head turner when I sit at the light and other motorists come close up and recognize the beauty. The ego ge is quiet, it sits comfortably on the road and “ sprints out of the block very fast and maintains its incredible speed.” I love this car.

Have owned for 6 months without any problems.Meets all our needs for in town driving use non elec suv for distance driving.Attracts loads of favorable attention.This is my 6 th Jag all were exciting,but this is the best ever.Will always own at least one electric car.

I had a 2106 Cayman. I was hesitant about moving into a Jaguar. However after I drove the car (P300), I was convinced. It drove as well as the Cayman but has a better ride. Jaguar gives you a lot of options standard whereas Porsche charges much more. Examples: torque-vectoring, navigation and launch control- all standard. PLUS a $8000 rebate. These cars are going to disappear.

The F-Pace is an excellent sporty SUV. 2.5L engine has been completely trouble free. The suspension on this generation is a bit firmer than the newer generation. The performance and fuel economy is great. The infotainment system allows for apple car play (corded). The F Pace is bigger than other compact SUVs in its class. I wish Jag wasn’t so committed to going all electric because they have taken the Land Rover Velar and made the F-Pace more sporty and luxurious.

Came to this dealership to buy a Chevy volt and had the most cared for service. Got to test drive the vehicle and check everything in my own time. There was no rush from the sales man and was even able to schedule an appointment last minute. Which was a huge help since I am coming from the Santa Monica Area. I own the 2005 jaguar S type 4.2V8 for 13 years. I drove it until it had 215,600, and it still drives like butter! I had to replace the water pump at 64k mile, radiator at 110k, timing chain, serpentine belt, and gasket at 125k. After that, it's been routine oil and brake changes. I recently retired it to my garage and I'm about to donate it to colleague at work, but I'm looking for another to buy now since I'm considering donating. Such an amazing vehicle that has done me well. I have no regrets irrespective, of the little challenges I had incurred, owning this vehicle. I could go through with it again.

I purchased this car about 6 years ago (5.0 n/a XK). From a design perspective, it still holds up and looks modern. I actually like the looks of the base models as they don't have all of the side skirts and aero that change the lines of the original design a bit. The front was slightly redesigned in 2012 and looks a little more aggressive. Performance is great, end the sound of the engine when you get on the gas is addictive. Heated/Cooled seats with 16 way adjustments are great. Back seat is good for some soft luggage. I don't put a lot of miles on the car, but besides yearly oil changes my main cost has been tires. The 20" wheels & tires on this car look great... but stay away from potholes if you can. If you can get the car with 19" wheels... do it... they have some more sidewall. I've replaced both front tires due to pothole hits splitting the sidewalls. If you can't get the 19s, get a road hazard plan when you buy tires. The only other complaint is the touch screen. It is very outdated and slow... only saving grace is that it supports usb mp3 playback (no bluetooth music... only calls). There is not a ton of aftermarket add ons for these cars (exhaust and wheels) and if you get into an accident in an old one, don't be surprised if your car gets totaled out for even seemingly minor damage due to the cost of aluminum body repair. I love this car for roadtrips with the wife, and weekend drives... but I have a Subaru for driving the kids and bad weather.

Ronit was really patient with us , couldnt come to an agreement at first but was able to work with us all the way through till we figured something out . Again ronit was very patient and very kind. Will happily buy from them again in the future

The Jaguar XE is a sporty sedan with all the latest technology. It is fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger trunk.

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

My daily driver with comfort , looks and performance,, cant beat it for the price. Nothing in its class for the money and you get looks everywhere you take it.
