Recently purchased a new truck from this dealership. The main team member that helped and initiated contact with me was Art Manni. He was fantastic. Not once did I feel pressured with the purchase process. Art followed up with me, multiple times, even after I left the dealership, providing information to help me make a fully informed decision. Last minute I decided to look at another vehicle in their inventory, despite Art having cleaned/prepped the vehicle I initially chose. Art didn’t bat an eye and showed me the vehicle without giving me any grief. Art and his team made this otherwise tedious/burdensome process rather enjoyable. Super great dealership. Loved our salesguy, David Williams was so professional and helpful. He knew so much about all of the different vehicles, and took us to their second location. We ended up with a beautiful BMW and will come back later this year for another SUV, and always deal with Certified Benz & Beemer in the future.

It's beautiful and after three years, not a single problem. My 2017 XE was the same way. Of course, it's expensive to maintain, but it's a Jaguar, and if you've ever driven one, you'll never want to drive another car again. Mercedes and BMW's are nanny cars. Jaguar treats you like you're an adult.

Beautiful car and a blast to drive. It’s super quick off the line. The handling is not as good as I would like. It would not be hard to loose control at high speeds. I had a major electrical problem at less than 35K miles where the passenger side lost power, all the parking sensors stopped working, and the passenger side airbags had an issue. It ended up being all related and was fixed under Waranty while the dealership have me a brand new Land Rover to cruise around in. Other than that I’ve had zero issues with the car. It’s 5 years old with 38K miles on it so it has been gently used. Despite the gentle use the driver seat is showing ware and I have ceramic tint on the car to protect that interior. All the other seats are perfect. They could used better quality leather. Other than that the interior is perfect still. At 6’ tall and 325 pounds the car is still plenty comfortable to drive. He backseats are relatively spacious for a mid sized sports sedan as well. Over all it’s been a good car.

My 2017 XF-S has been a genuine joy. At 80,000 miles the car has been trouble free and taken me all over the country. I have needed out of town service twice for minor issues, Jaguar dealers have been incredible. I am keeping this car forever. It's a driver's car, a huge amount of fun and surprisingly reliable. I truly love this car, and that's rare.
