When I walk past a super new expensive boutique car like a Bentley or a super Mercedes, I sometimes peak in the window and still not sure if I'd trade my current 2011 xf in for it. I bought it second hand and the private jaguar specialist I took it to noted it was a "bulletproof 3.0L V6." It is easily the most reliable car I've ever owned and the ride, power, comfort, styling and equipment make it a pleasure to drive and pleasure to own. Pure pleasure. I intend on holding onto it for as long as I can. You must get an Manual service and sure, sometimes a particular part is comically more expensive than it's equivalent part in a humble Ford or Toyota. But it's not ridiculously expensive like a Porsche and it's worth giving it love and attention.

Bought our Corolla at this dealership. They were very helpful and honest. We have had the car for a few yrs and they provide thorough service. No issues! Great place!

Nothing beats jaguars exceptional service! Don't have to wait in a line like BMW and unlimited free washes :) 5 years 60000 maintenance ! I owned a 2016 XF and for 3 years nothing but great service and relaxing atmosphere while you wait!

The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.

Got this car 2.0 turbo diesel love it. Just wish it had remote start. Not really sure if mine had remote or not time read manual.

It's beautiful and after three years, not a single problem. My 2017 XE was the same way. Of course, it's expensive to maintain, but it's a Jaguar, and if you've ever driven one, you'll never want to drive another car again. Mercedes and BMW's are nanny cars. Jaguar treats you like you're an adult.

This car meets or exceeds my needs and expectations. Fuel efficiency for this type and size of car is very good as I frequently enjoy 30+ mpg on the highway. Everything else is excellent. Areas to improve are tires. I would like the option of taller tires to avoid pothole blowouts. The 45s are a really bad tire for any city driving, or pothole season in the northeast. Taller tires would be really nice. It would be nice if there were fewer leaf traps. Leaves and leaf litter accumulate around the trunk opening as well as at the rear of the hood at the base of the windshield. They hold moisture which could lead to early rust or corrosion if not cleaned frequently. And how about better protection for soft targets - more secure protection against mice, squirrels, etc.? Tuck those wires away, or use more robust insulators and conduits. A recent wire bite cost a thousand dollars. Not brand-specific, but hey there Mr. design engineer, how about some thought of real-world use?

Mr. Michael Losardo assisted us while our 2019 Subaru was being service om July 3rd, Our radio had gone out on us and needed to be replace. Michael went all out to assisted us to a point of amazing, We are very great ful to him.In another occasion there was another issue with a DCM. The issue was resolved in a timely matter. My first time at the service department and I absolutely was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From booking my service appointment online to the arrival at the state of the art facility, the process was seamless. I was greated by Robbie who took all of my details and walked me through the processes of checking in my vehicle to securing a rental car while my vehicle was being serviced to the final pick up. The entire process went off efficiently. Not nention they have a beautiful waiting room stocked with fresh coffee and water. This will be my official servicing location for my Camry.

This card is a real gem. The interior is classy great color with all the extras. This is not a car that you see very often on the road it drives wonderfully and it's like riding on air. This car is absolutely gorgeous to drive and to look at.

The Jaguar XE is a sporty sedan with all the latest technology. It is fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger trunk.
