As a first-time Range Rover (SE SUV) buyer I was very much impressed. Every aspect of the buying process was notably superb. My overall first-class experience started when I entered the showroom and I was warmly greeted by Derrick Reason, Client Advisor. I found Derrick to be exceptionally knowledgeable on the technical specs and attributes of the 2025 Range Rover SE SUV. Mr. Reason was not only well-informed and conversant, but equally important he was very nice, friendly and easy to talk to. Mr. Reason also introduced me to Mr. Tony Moorehead, Manager; who was also knowledgeable, very pleasant, helpful and he was definitely instrumental in moving me to a highly committed buyer phase. After speaking with both Mr. Reason and Mr. Moorehead, I firmly decided to move forward and begin the formal application process. Mr. Reason described the financing process in detail before introducing me to Omar Qaraghuli, Finance Director. Mr. Qaraghuli was thorough in explaining all financing options and I knew rightaway that he was very skilled in luxury vehicle financing and Omar successfully secured financing. Overall, I give Derrick, Tony, and Omar high marks and in turn Land Rover Chantilly. Prior to walking into the showroom at Land Rover Chantilly I had very high expectations and admittedly my expectation were overwhelmingly met! Kudos to the sales & financing teams! Job well done!

All of the cars are in pristine condition, so the search for one vehicle could have you challenged in selecting just one. We purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 4 Matic that had just been received and had several inquiries already. The experience with Murad was wonderful, a true salesman who put us at ease with his cheerful and comical personality. When we came home our neighbors were asking us if we had won the lottery because we drove home with a beautiful BMW X5 and a handsome Mercedes E350 cabriolet. So I bought a low mileage 2013 car from Nine Stars Auto group from far, far away from Virginia. Kamran was a great sales person and kept me informed throughout the process. I hired a company called Pomcar to perform an inspection, which was excellent, by the way, and I would highly recommend them as well. They sent pictures of the car, tires, brakes, etc, and test drove the car. The only problem they found was a small crack on the front spoiler. I figured "heck, the car is 12 years old and if that's the only problem, that's no big deal" and planned to just have it repaired when it arrived. After the Pomcar inspection, I made a small down payment with a credit card, and Kamran sent the paperwork to be signed and arranged for transport at a very reasonable cost. As soon as the paperwork was complete, they shipped the car which arrived the next day. When I was inspecting the car after transport, I looked for the crack in the spoiler...but I couldn't find it. It was dark at the time, so I figured I just was missing it. The next day, I still couldn't find it. I texted Kamran, and asked it they had fixed it...and they HAD! I didn't ask for them to repair it or expect them to...that is ABOVE AND BEYOND! In addition, HE NOTICED the check I sent was $500 too much (I didn't take the credit card down payment into account) and refunded the difference. Again, I didn't ask for that! Sadly, you don't always get that kind of integrity from car salesmen nowadays. So I put these guys at the top of my list and would definitely use them again! Everything was super smooth and they proved themselves trustworthy and went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you Kamran!
