Had a great and outstanding experience with Troncalli CDJR!!! Was looking for a used, safe, and reliable used vehicle for my daughter. From the super nice and helpful receptionist to their nice, understanding, and accommodating manager (Brett), to an amazing salesperson and Veteran (C.J. Seaberry), to finance officer (Anthony). They did not do any high pressure sales, they address our concerns and request, and we feel really comfortable with our purchase and price, condition, and quality of my daughter’s used vehicle with this dealership. Absolutely the quickest and most stress-free vehicle purchase I have ever made! Everything went smoothly and the deal was processed as promised. Our salesperson, a young man named C.J., was knowledgeable and easily surpassed the service I’ve received at BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and other quality dealerships. He is an honest, no-nonsense, no pressure, type of guy and a great representation for Troncalli. I can’t say enough about this young man and the pleasant experience we had while purchasing our new car. Kudos to his parents who definitely raised him well. Wish I could give him more than 5 stars! We have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! We were traveling in Tennessee and our Ford truck wasn't pulling our camper through the mountains like we hoped. We had been looking for a larger diesel, but the prices were crazy! We saw an ad on Don Jackson's site and went to test drive a used truck. It had huge tires and was a bit more of a 'work' truck than we wanted. Our salesman, Horatio Vazquez, showed us a few other new trucks and we ended up leaving that night with one of them. We got to the dealership at 7pm (after a 2 1/2 hour drive from TN) and they did all the paperwork, detailed (and filled the fuel tank) and we were out the door with our new ride at 10pm. We thought for sure we would have to go back, but they got us taken care of right then. They are awesome! We love our new truck (2 days later and we have 570 miles on it already!) They have followed up to make sure we are happy and the truck is running well for us. Price can't be beat either!

I was just browsing the parking lot to get an idea of newer cars when I was approached by Chris Hofmann. He was friendly, helpful and really knew his cars. He never pressured me, took the time to answer all my questions. While I wasn't planning on a purchase that day, Chris helped me find the perfect car for me in my price range.
