I called about a recall notice I'd received. They got me in in a couple of days. Scott and Andy we're bother very professional. Scott handled my paperwork. I'd schedule a friend to pick. Me up for some errands. We were on our way back after a few hrs when Scott called me. I'd have to come back after parts we're ordered in. I was out the door after about 10 minutes. Went in with a check engine lite on my 2025 Ram 1500 and a recall service. Christen was incredibly knowledgeable about engine codes and the inner workings of my truck! They fixed the issue, sounded like a software issue. The parts for the recall have to be ordered. Not a problem. Everyone was nice and the waiting area was as well. Great place to bring your vehicle for service. Ask for Christen.

My husband always took his Jeep to this dealership for his oil changes ever since we moved here to TN in 2018. He just passed away and I had to bring his Jeep in for the oil change and I wasn’t too happy about having to wait so long, so I left. But after talking to the manager Joe Woody, he made things right. This place is much cheaper than Knoxville and Joe said he working on building better customer service!! So I trust his words!
