Absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying a car! Dave was patient, actively listened to me describe my situation, and responded by making sure he completely understood my what had been said to him. He was honest in his response to being able to work with my challenging credit situation. He made no promises to get me to come to the location. He never once made me feel bad about my challenging credit situation. Life happens to everyone, this gentleman worked hard on my behalf so that I could have a chance at regaining my creditworthiness. He only asked that I have all documents with me when I arrived so that he could efficiently begin to work on my situation. He was pleasant, professional and most of all HONEST ….. Even when my credit was great I have never experienced the level of compassion and professionalism as I did with Dave. It did not take hours of frustrating time sitting, feeling belittled and being told one thing and then another to only find you have been taken advantage of in the end. I do believe this was by far the best car buying experience I will ever experience! I will definitely be going back to see Dave when I have to purchase another car. Liberty Ford Vermilion review
Went for a ride on Sunday and spotted the style F 150 truck my husband had been looking for. Liked the truck, low mileage and the price wasn't bad. Called Liberty Ford on Monday and Jeff Looney did a great job of answering my questions and also went out of his way seeing what other options were available to us. I spoke with my husband, we went to our bank to check out financing and before I could call Jeff to let him know we were coming out to test drive the truck, he called me to let me know someone else was looking at it. We told him we were on our way anyways and he kept us aware of what was going on. Everything went smoothly with Jeff's help. We traded in our 2014 Ford F-150, got a decent price, did some paperwork with Nate (who wasn't feeling well but was still very pleasant and professional) and we were on our way home with a really nice truck. It is hard to find a vehicle nowadays without all the whistles and bells so this truck was perfect for us. Thank you so much, Jeff, Nate and all the behind the scenes personnel that made this possible!
2009 Jeep Commander review
Found a ?09 Commander for use as a tow vehicle for my boat with 150k miles. 5.7 Hemi. I?ve owned Grand Cherokee?s, Rubicon?s, BMW?s, Infiniti?s, and way too many other cars. If I?m writing a review, it means something. Even with all of the issues that have been mentioned (power turning off, etc.) this is almost becoming my daily driver. Who would have thought? I love this car and wish they hadn?t discontinued it. I would buy the 2018 version in a heartbeat.

Grand Blanc Mitsubishi review
I bought my new Outlander at another dealership and wasn't crazy about the experience. My salesman didn't know all the features of the car, so I left with a lot of questions. I called the Grand Blanc Mitsubishi dealership and spoke with Luke. He said I could stop by and he'd help me set things up and explain the features of my car. He was fantastic. He was patient with me and helped me understand how the different features worked. I went back for my first oil change, and Luke was my service manager. Again, he couldn't have been nicer. He had me in and out very quickly.

2008 Jeep Commander review
I have owned this Jeep for about 8 years. It has been a good car and has not given me any real issues. Fun to drive, has a decent amount of cargo space and the Overland trim has 3rd row seats and a BUNCH of extra options.
