Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

I have had my 2022 Jeep Compass for 8 months now and no complaints. I can accelerate onto the fwy with no problems. I get the mileage they say. I do wish the storage was a tad bit larger and maybe more leg room in the back, but honestly I only travel with two dogs and rear air is good for them. Love the larger display screen and never a glare so I can’t see it as in some other cars I tried. My backup camera works fine at night. I have the 4X4, so I need to get more info on that. I know the 2023 has a turbo, but I don’t care about that.

2022 Jeep Compass Limited ♥️ when I bought my Jeep I loved it at first sight❗️just being very specific. Love the cooling/heating for seats upfront and also in the back. and the heating steering wheel. Love the outlets super great option for outdoors. Love having 4x4 I also love the options for different off road travels sand,mud,snow glad we don't get snow in Florida ♥️ my Compass is not sluggish at all. Trust me when I want it to get up and go it does. But I didn't buy my Jeep to tear it up either. Lots of room and storage. Plugs everywhere for everyone's phones. And mine I just put on the charger no need to plug it in. LOVE the back up camera. If you are having problems with that go to your dealership they will fix that for you right away. Full extended sunroof from front to back. I love finding all the little Easter eggs hidden on my Jeep. Love the remote options on my phone that can lock, unlock, start, horn, basically I can do everything on my phone. Love the SOS button incase of emergency. You can drive for 6hr and 37min before getting gas. Also other feature I love it will stop byself if iam coming up on something and iam not stopping. So many more features that I love ❤️ Money well spent. Eventually I will be getting a lift kit on it. And trailer hitch. I would most definitely recommend. Best vehicle I have ever owned. My 2026 "high-line euro car" was recently repurchased by the manufacturer. It presented an opportunity to rethink my brand loyalty and look at comparable options in the crowded SUV segment. I have always admired the Genesis SUV's and with the repurchase complete, I did a deep dive researching and asking all about Genesis vehicles in general and Genesis SUVs in particular. I test drove a GV70 Sport Prestige and a GV80 3.5T Prestige and decided it was time to move from high performance and handling to comfort and luxury. With my decision made it was time for the hunt to start with a nearby Genesis store. After a week-long and unproductive tennis match it was time to look elsewhere. Using their online email feature, I shared my interest in the GV80 along with my price, terms, and conditions. Within 30 minutes I received a telephone call from Jay, one of the Sales Managers, assuring me he had the GV80 in a variety of colors and could / would meet my price, terms, and conditions. Jay staged a few color choices just outside the showroom prior to our arrival. He worked with us to expand our search while fairly, accurately and thankfully pointing out pros AND cons for each of the vehicles in which we expressed interest. After finally making a decision Jay handed us off to Nick, our Sales Representative, who immediately earned our trust and confidence. He is a true professional rather than the stereotypical car salesman. He spent all the time required to meticulously highlight and explain all the tech features of our GV80. He never rushed or looked at his watch as he conducted a ”how to” master class. Odis, the Finance Manager, was well prepared with all the required paperwork completed, accurately, and ready for signatures. He immediately stepped in when it was determined the wrong vehicle was prepped and staged for delivery. While oversights happen Odis righted the ship within minutes and had our vehicle of choice sparkling and ready to head home with a full tank of gas. Odis did his job offering a variety of add-ons, but I never felt pressured and his affable disposition resulted in my willingness to buy a tire and wheel protection package. The team at Genesis North Aurora are grand ambassadors for the Genesis brand and the Genesis of North Aurora store. Jay knows his inventory, Odis knows the numbers and Nick is a "tech guru." They're fun and fair professionals who will do whatever they can, within reason, to sell or lease you a truly remarkable vehicle - this comes from someone who has been an "ultimate driving machine" loyalist for years. I got over my brand allegiance and only wish I had done it sooner - my GV80 3.5T Prestige Black Edition is the pinnacle of comfort, safety, and technology with more than adequate power and performance.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The team at CarMax from beginning to directions to the highway were the very best. Each and every member made me feel valued as a customer. I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!
