We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I recently had my car serviced at Napoli Kia in Milford. Courtney my service advisor really made the experience seamless and helped me navigate replacing a tire. Everytime I need service it's has been a pleasant experience.

This was my first time at this dealership. The service department was excellent special thanks to Brianna Hennessy. And also to the service manager Jonathan. I would highly recommend bringing your Subaru to this dealership. The waiting area was state of the art. Made you feel like you were in a Mercedes dealership. They have found a new customer.

There was an issue a couple of months after purchasing our new car so we brought it in to have it looked at. The process to find the problem was a bit long but I have to say that Vince the General Manager and Keith the Service Manager were so easy to work with and figured it out! Their professionalism is to be looked up to. I picked the car up today and drove away a very satisfied customer!

If I could give more stars than 5, I definitely would! Lila Bubier, Mark Deal, trade checker and Kia Finance went above and beyond to get me out of my negative equity from my Hyundai Ioniq 5. I am so grateful to have a new 2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid. I had originally went in February, but did not come away with a deal. Lila has consistently reached out to me asking if I was interested and provided many different options to get me at the price point that I wanted. It was not easy, but we made it to the end goal. My name is Mark Staves. My wife and I were driving home when the engine light on our car went on. The car is a Subaru Forester 2014. Took the car to Shaller Subaru in Berlin, Connecticut Patrick Conniff, the service manager was courteous knowledgeable check the warrantees did the analysis what there should be done, come to find out the transmission valve body was defective. It was actually after 3 o’clock in the afternoon, but he still managed to get the car in the part was on a shelf had the part put into the car and we were on our way by 5 o’clock at no charge, because he checked and made sure that the warranty was still in place for that part even though the car had 130+ thousand miles.cannot say enough about quality of service in which Patrick provided. Best service agent I have worked with.

I bought a 2018 Nissan pro x a little over a year ago. I drove from ny to look at it it was clean except for front bumper was hit in corner and paint was scraped. They repaired the damage perfectly by the time I picked it up. I was impressed by their professionalism. The only thing that I thought was a little extravagant was the dealer fee. We negotiated a fair price and now it’s mine. I’ve had the vehicle for over a year and it is flawless. I felt I needed time to make a fair judgement of the vehicle before my review.
