I bought a Mazda CX3 today and it was one of the best and most respectful experiences I have ever had buying a car. All the staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Blanca my sales person was so nice and easy to work with! Very happy I chose this dealership to buy a car from.

Everything was good from the sales to environment, only thing is I’m missing a floor mat and when I asked to get one sent to me I never got one or got any word that I will be getting one back. Seems after the sale they are not as responsive to the issues, overall still a solid place to get a vehicle.

Was in for an oil change because my maintenance light appeared. I waited at the location in the clean waiting area & 30-45 minutes later my car was ready & nicely washed.

Dom and Alex were rockstars; they made a very stressful experience smooth and easy! With an hours notice, the car was ready when we arrived, OTD price was ready with no hidden costs and every conversation felt genuine and natural. They were fully transparent in sharing add on options and worked the deal several more times to find a number we were all comfortable with. Car buying is stressful but these two gentlemen and this dealership smoothed the way for a very pleasant experience. 100% recommend to family and friends and would return again for any other car needs.

The air suspension system in my truck is TERRIBLE! I cannot believe the manufacturer has not done something to address the flawed design and repeated dysfunction of this feature of these trucks!

The BEST dealership ever!!!!! Staffs are friendly and they are so responsible!!! I purchased CARNIVAL from them even though I am living in CALI because all dealership in CALI charge extra for all there new or used cars!!! BUT not this dealership!!!! LOVE IT!!!!

Overcharged $6,450.00 forced nonsense options and MSRP above same car on lot with -1500 discount, trying to get a price for my loan check for my bank. Got online price with all taxes and fees and first responder discount/army discount. Close loop on price and get back added dealer options not requested of 900.00 brake light bulb, and 1,050.00 appearance protect and 3,000.00 MSRP surprise increase from yesterday solid Web price advertised. Mentioned other car in black shows -1,500 price decrease off msrp. Total 6,450.00 overcharge. Very interesting.

Paul was the absolute best car salesman I have ever dealt with. My car had just died and I wasn’t planning on buying a new one anytime soon..last time had been almost 10 years ago.. Paul took all stress away from it, showed me all the great new features Lincoln has to offer. Morgan in finance was equally amazing. We bought an Audi Q7 from Marcella. She was friendly and upfront. The dreaded finance office even was pleasant. Car prices are what they are. I’d buy another here. Was disappointed with the 1/4 tank of gas lol I left more in my trade. And no inspection sticker. But overall great and those 2 things would not deter me.
