We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Everything went great. They picked me up at the airport. I drove the car and decided to purchase it. They gave me a ride to the bank to get a certified check and the paperwork was done in about an hour. I drove the car home and received the title in the mail in about a week. No problems with anything. When I’m ready to trade this one in I’ll head back up and get a newer one.

Austin did an excellent job on getting my sway bars replaced and they did it very quickly.

This was my 3rd purchase in a row from Hudson Chrysler. Joe Ard, was the salesman the past two times. It was nice to work with a familiar and knowledgeable salesman. He promptly answered questions and had the vehicle ready for a test drive upon my arrival. The used car was thoroughly detailed at time of pick up. Purchasing process was a breeze. Bridget Cavalier, in finance office, was pleasant and had all the paperwork in order. No pressure to buy warranties, etc. Joe took time to educate me on the car's features, connect my phone, etc. In the future, I will continue shopping for vehicles and servicing my vehicles here.

I had been looking looking for bigger vehicle then my crysler 200 i had at the time for my move my finances (from Minnesota to Tennessee) i had orginal spotted ford ranger but after test drive me and salesman realize it wasnt going to reliable at all he then showed me the Suzuki vitara they had it needed bit love but for price i was given with my trade in a little upfront cash and great deal the vehicle i now call steve was mine and he the most reliable vehicle i have yet and i drove it off the lot that day still in love with it now plan to drive it till the wheels fall off

Hannah was amazing we originaly went in to have a recall done on my Fiancees Jeep and we decided to look around and after looking for a little while we found one she wanted to test drive and we were looking for someone and Hannah asked if we had been helped yet and she proceeded to help us we eneded up buyimg the Durango she test drove and her daughter was with and she looked at a car also again Hannah helped her also and she ended up buying a vehicle also So then it was my turn i ended up buying a brand new Jeep Renigade Hannah was so helpfull to all 3 of us and she is so knowledgeable and friendly Hannah went above and beyond to help us all find vehicles that met our needs i will definetly. The service was great. No hiccups there. Wanted a car wash but it was too cold. However I am a little unhappy for a few reasons. Last time I was in I did not get a car wash, this time the oil change was almost $50. And last, I had been waiting to see if ford was sending out a coupon or if there was a coupon online, but it was overdue and could not wait and now yesterday I received one in the mail. I won't be able to use it however on my next service because they all expire the end of March.It would be nice if you had some coupons on your site too for oil changes.

Hanna knows her job well and was very helpful with our purchase. She went over and above to make sure we were happy with the car we bought. She also set up all of our electronics to the car and was detailed on showing us how to use all features.

Most painless and fastest car buying experience ever. Joe Ard and the woman (apologies I don't remember your name) in finance we unbelievably awesome. And they stayed at least a half hour after close to handle things. The car needed gas and he went to the gas station with my daughter to get it for her. I have bought my last 3 cars from Walser and it took forever and I left mentally exhausted each time. High pressure push for all the extra add ons. If Luther does as well at all their locations as Joe did here--they will be my first stop from now on. The woman who helped us with financing got us a 2% lower rate than Walser offered as well. She was so kind through the whole process. Just felt like we were dealing with friends instead of salespeople. Thank you!

Worked with Brian S and he had the best product knowledge of the RAM truck that I have ever found in a car sales guy. I looked at Fords and Chevys before checking out the RAM and none of the other dealers came close to having the product knowledge that I found with Brian and others at Apple Chrysler dealership. They were easy to deal with, first shot on price and trade in value was right in the ballpark, so I ordered the new RAM and love the truck. Have bought new Chev trucks all my life (since 1978) but the new RAM was so incredible that the decision to buy the RAM was easy. Plus the dealership experience made it all come together.
