We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Overall good dealership. Had an initial issue with a brand new truck that eventually got resolved, however in order to do so I had to involve the GM. Service dept is pretty good, but I don’t understand why they don’t wash your car every time?? They literally have their own automated car wash and porters, but don’t make this a normal part of doing business. This is one of the little (easy) things that helps differentiate service at higher end dealerships.

Bought my first Mazda CX 5 last Saturday. It was truly amazing and Quick. Moe Bedwan was the salesperson. I recommend everyone go to Moe. So knowledgeable and friendly. Made my experience very easy. He gave me a great deal and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend seek out Moe when you stop by Mazda of South Charlotte. In addition they have great coffee and snacks. 5+ stars for this dealership and especially for Moe!

I have a troublesome old car that I need to trade off and find a new car right away. The experience with CarMax was better than I expected, even with my poor credit rating. I found the car that I like and in my price range online prior to arrive the car dealer. The whole process -from the appraisal of my old car, financing a new loan, inspect the new car and a trip around to fetch documentations, under sales lady Shirley Gainey's assistant went extremely smooth. It took only a few hours and all done! I had my nearly new car !

Classic just gained a new family for cars! Thanks to Bri and the service team. Took us right away with our Dodge Hornet even tho we left and within the hour the service engine light came back on. I called Bro right away and she reassured me to bring it back tomorrow and they will look at it and make sure they get to the problem. We love our hornets and we know it’s going to have its issues. It’s the first Gen of hornets. But other than that they made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Thanks again
