Sales staff professional. All questions answered. History of interest vehicle reviewed. Nice experience. But, a better price was not offered to me. So I lost some interest. This visit was the initial phase of my research, so everything was expected.

Had a great experience at Zeigler Toyota. I worked with Leeann who was amazing! I had a very specific car I wanted which needed to be ordered. It took a bit because they had to build it but Leeann kept me in the loop the whole way and as soon as it arrived she let me know and I was onsite in no time. Leeann did a great job of showing me all of the features and took her time to make sure I felt comfortable and satisfied with my purchase. I’m on my 3rd engine for my 2015 Santa Fe Sport. It’s all been covered. Just recently, my transmission went out for the second time. Unfortunately, that wasn’t covered. Zeigler was kind enough to supply me with a loaner car until mine was repaired. I’ve worked with Ron in the service department all three instances and he’s been very helpful. I’m hoping this will be the last time for a major repair. I do like the car.

Located the vehicle on-line, inquired and was sent a video of the vehicle. With the information provided I traveled 5 hours each way to test drive and purchase the vehicle on a Saturday. The staff was courteous and the purchase went well.
