I wanted a new car for the new year 2026 so me and my wife went Hertz Auto Sales Philadelphia on Essington avenue. Where I traded my 2015 Ford Taurus Limited with 51400 miles. I received an offer of almost $6000 which I used for my down payment on my new 2025 Genesis G70 2.5 RWD 18,000 miles on and in excellent condition. My sales rep Mr. Robert Morrel who on that might work his A*" off because they were short on staffing that night but regardless he got me & my wife a very good deal on my new 2025 G70 RWD 2.5 customer service was a 10 (5) stars my financial rep got me an excellent interest rate on my vehicle. I noticed that needed a new tire for the car that was ordered today as was 1 other item that my financial rep took care of overall a very very good new car buying experience. After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. We purchased our "new to me" Jeep Liberty here from Ray Putnam. Ray was very helpful and worked hard on a good deal for us.
