Great overall experience. Broden did and awesome job thru out the transaction. My only concern was that I asked what brand oil and weight was used when they changed oil. I did not receive that information. That is concerning to me because of it being a high performance engine with specific lubrication requirements. Only other thing IMO, was the detail job not exactly my definition of a car detail. Again my opinion. Overall, I would highly recommend Auto Nation Phoenix North, and salesperson Broden!

I contacted Courtesy Jeep through Cars.com online and Patrick Butler in sales contacted me right away. Patrick texted me a video introducing himself followed by another video of the whole car. Being that I live in New Jersey and the Dealership is in Arizona, Patrick made the process as smooth as possible. He was able to get me what I wanted on my trade and Patrick made the numbers work on the car I was interested in. Unfortunately my wife did not like the color of the car I was interested in. Patrick then sent another color of the car that was in inventory but we did not like color combo. We did not end up purchasing a vehicle but we will check back with Courtesy Jeep in the future on other colors. Great Job Patrick 👍👍

Would recommend this dealership specifically if you are needing help in service. My advisor was Jacob Skaalen. Super sweet kid, knows what he’s doing. He didn’t try and scam me out of anything I didn’t need and was very gentle and caring when it came to how I felt as a customer. Had rodent damage my washer and radiator reservoirs and needed scheduled maintenance too. The service rep Jeremy was great, helpful and kept me informed of costs, progress of repairs until ready.
