I called the service department on Monday morning and Kevin said to stop by. They had it fixed in an hour and a half. Hertz Car Sales Charlotte review
When my wife started looking a few months ago she spent a lot of time on the internet. When she found the Kia Sportage she wanted at Hertz it meant a trip to Charlotte (1 1/2 hours away).
