Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. I have looked for a car online for a few months and I found this dealership that was about an hour away from my house. They had the color car with the options that I wanted advertised at a great price that seemed to low to be true. I took a chance and drove all the way out there and the price that was advertised was the actual price of the vehicle. Needless to say I ended up buying it and I am happy I made the drive!

Went in looking for a vehicle and got greeted by Carlos who was patient with us and not pushy. He helped find the right vehicle for me and not only did he have great customer service so did his manager trevor. Cesar in service is a great asset. He makes sure you don't do unnecessary work and the work needed to stay safe. He has even answered my text on his day off to let me know if it was safe to drive my car to service versus having it towed given lights that had come on.
