You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!

Had my car serviced there (used car) & the staff was very nice, and communicated well. Had a small concern after i picked up my vehicle from service, but spoke with a team member who was very kind and explained what was to be expected after services. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Gabe Crump was very help full today at the lot. We drove into the lot and with in seconds of looking around Gabe was able to show us some cars that suited my interests. While doing so we were able to take a look at all the cars on the lot and find the right one for me. With just a couple test drives and signatures later I was walking off the lot with the registration to my new car. Always top shelf service from the sales dept to the service team. I wish I could purchase another vehicle from these guys. Sunnyside is a unique dealership from a by gone era of classic customer first Service.

After totaling the family vehicle we called Rae and told her what we were looking for as a replacement. Within a few day we were in the dealership signing for a new Escape. She was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We will recommend Rae Smith and Wickstrom in the future.

Brought my jeep in with next to no notice, and they were able to detect the problem and fix it by the next morning. Asked about my tire leaking air, and the found the leak and didn’t charge me since they felt bad for not looking before I asked. Great customer service!

Excellent car buying experience at Kunes Jeep in Woodstock, IL. My salesperson Ryan Gannon was extremely patient. His product knowledge was excellent. From my first contact with Kunes everyone was courteous and helpful - the receptionist, the salesperson, the sales manager, the finance manager and the service manager. I made a 1 star Review BY ACCIDENT. I was under the assumption that was making the review for the Napleton's Arlington Heights. I have been trying to delete my previous reviews but couldn't. Please let me know if there is a way to delete it. Your dealership is one of the best in the area... for prices and staff. I worked with Tyson and he was really helpful with everything. I decided to wait a little and will be back at your dealership for new Jeep ;)

Did everything as explained with no surprises. Work was done in a timely manner! Found a repair I was unaware of and took care of it saving me a future problem.
