My 2016 Jeep Renegade, with 98k+ miles, was starting to need expensive repairs. So, I looked online for a pre-owned Jeep Wrangler that met my requirements and needs. My sales consultant John Downey, did everything to ensure that the trade-in and sale went through without a hitch and without any sales pressure whatsoever. He explained all the details of the sale and answered all questions I had about the vehicle. The finance manager Elijah worked diligently to find me the best financing deal possible -- and it came with a great interest rate! When it came to signing the many documents, he went over each thoroughly and again, answered any questions I had clearly and quickly. We live in New York State And drove 4 1/2 hours to Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania to buy our jeep from Faulkner. Discussing over the phone to start the deal with our salesman Craig, who has been selling jeeps for 35 years, was a great experience alone. As soon as we walked in the huge dealership in the morning, every single person, From the many sales people to all the other workers that we saw treated us like we were their best friends, Smiles and handshakes from everyone. There was no fakeness involved at all. Craig and the finance manager, all took their time and didn’t rush our sale! They explained every detail from top to bottom. We drove out of there to make our drive back home and rave about how excellent our salesman Craig and the dealership was. Watson Ludington Chrysler review
We Purchased a gently used truck, 2023 Chevy Silverado from Juan Cortes. The whole process was very easy and we can’t say enough about how awesome Juan was. Throughout the whole journey he made sure we were comfortable and kept us well informed. When we picked the vehicle up he spent a good 45 minutes or more going over the entire trucks features. He never acted rushed. It was very much appreciated as all the bells and whistles of the truck were a lot more than we were used to. Truck drives like a dream and we couldn’t be more pleased. The financial issues were handled very smoothly as well. That gentleman, I think his name was Aaron(sorry if that’s wrong) was very friendly and personable! Every person we met in the group was extremely friendly. We have bought many vehicles from Watson and have always had great service. Juan Cortes should be employee of the year. 😋
