The process was easy. Went to see the car but they were waiting for a part. We liked it right away. When it was finished they called us to test drive. Dan and Dave were terrific no pressure. They gave us a figure and we gave them ours and they did more than we asked for including accessories. John in finance and John the gm were also terrific. I rate this dealership very high.

Had my car serviced there (used car) & the staff was very nice, and communicated well. Had a small concern after i picked up my vehicle from service, but spoke with a team member who was very kind and explained what was to be expected after services. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Brian was great-straightforward, patient, and pleasant throughout. The financing process was quick and enjoyable. Just had my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced at Castlevand Kim was my service consultant. She was vey helpful, service completed when promised and she covered the services and that my car was washed and ready!

I found a car on cars.com on Saturday night. Message them on Sunday and lined up a test drive for 11AM Monday. The vehicle was extremely clean inside and out. We negotiated a price very quickly and it was the fastest car buying experience I've been involved with. It was worth the 2.5 hour drive. John, Dwayne, Tom and the rest of the team was awesome.

Drove almost 2 hours to get to the dealership welcome by great people test drive vehicle they gave me a very good deal I will recomend this place to friends and family.
