I always have a pleasant experience when I bring my jeep for service. Jose goes way beyond the call of duty to make sure my jeep is fully serviced as I requested and to let me know if something else needs attention.

My service advisor, Derrick, met me at my vehicle when I arrived and took my request for service. He kept me informed of the progress until everything was completed.

The truck has been showing problems with some of the sensors. Last visit, for example, the oil change was done and all is well. Not according to the engine oil alert that is showing.

Bought a 2019 Dodge Charger Hellcat. A big thanks to both Nick and Richard who made my sale smooth and easy I was in and out of the dealership in less than 90 minutes with a brand new car. That's never happened to me before.

My experience here was very good. There was no pressure, Santiago was trying to make all my wishes come true. On the end I leave with my beautiful new blue Rebel. Yes my mom took my jeep renegade (2022)to Helfman Dodge service on Silver road . When i say they did a wonderful with cleaning the outside, rotated the tires and oil change. Melissa was very friendly and courteous the other staff was as well. Thank you guys Stephanie Ingram

I'm writing this review because my buying experience at Helfman Alfa Romero and Maserati was the best car buying experience I've ever had my in my life. John and JJ treated me like I was family from the minute I walked on the lot. And Cameron in financing worked miracles to get me the lowest interest rate possible. My entire buying experience was absolutely amazing. I highly suggest if you're looking for a new Dodge, Jeep, Alfa Romeo or Maserati that you stop by Helfman first. This dealership is by far the best in Houston Texas and you will no longer want to buy a car anywhere else. This is going to be my dealership for the rest of my life.
