Went in with a check engine lite on my 2025 Ram 1500 and a recall service. Christen was incredibly knowledgeable about engine codes and the inner workings of my truck! They fixed the issue, sounded like a software issue. The parts for the recall have to be ordered. Not a problem. Everyone was nice and the waiting area was as well. I called about a recall notice I'd received. They got me in in a couple of days. Scott and Andy we're bother very professional. Scott handled my paperwork. I'd schedule a friend to pick. Me up for some errands. We were on our way back after a few hrs when Scott called me. I'd have to come back after parts we're ordered in. I was out the door after about 10 minutes. Which was good for me as I had a full schedule that day. Thanks Scott.
