I made a 1 star Review BY ACCIDENT. I was under the assumption that was making the review for the Napleton's Arlington Heights. I have been trying to delete my previous reviews but couldn't. Please let me know if there is a way to delete it. Your dealership is one of the best in the area... for prices and staff. I worked with Tyson and he was really helpful with everything. We were looking for a very specific Navigator, and could not locate one locally. We found exactly what we wanted at Wickstrom, 80+ miles from our home. We connected with Tristan Metzner and set an appointment to see and drive the car. The only day we were available was her day off, but she agreed to meet with us anyway. She was very personable and definitely well-versed on Lincolns. We decided to buy the car, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the process went. None of the back and forth that plagues the process at other dealers. I told her what I wanted on my trade and they met it. They also increased their discount on the Navigator over what we had discussed earlier. Tristan was fantastic through it all, including getting us set up with the Lincoln app and the driver settings in the car. I highly recommend Wickstrom Auto group and specifically Tristan Metzner!! They are awesome!

Brought my jeep in with next to no notice, and they were able to detect the problem and fix it by the next morning. Asked about my tire leaking air, and the found the leak and didn’t charge me since they felt bad for not looking before I asked. Great customer service!
