I was happy to be in and out fairly quickly. Albert the sales man was very friendly and do everything for me to meet my needs. He listened to what I was anted and did not try to up sale me which is very annoying to me
Joe Andres is a top notch salesman. I contacted him and told him the make/model van we wanted to see and that we would not have much time as we were traveling to visit family the day before Thanksgiving.
Joe had five mini vans pulled up the the front of the building with the exact options and miles we requested ready to go. He had our car appraised while we test drove the vans and presented us simple numbers all within 45 minutes of arriving. I have bought many new and used cars and his professionalism and timeliness was greatly appreciated. We came back a couple days later and bought a used 2018 van and Joe had all the paperwork ready to go which allowed us to be in and out of the dealership within an hour. Dealer leadership stepped up to resolve an issues with service. Things do go wrong with cars, and not every situation is pleasant for customers or dealers. However, the true test of integrity for any dealership is what they do to fix the problem, and make it right for the customer. In my case the senior management rolled up their sleeves, took responsibility, and made things right. Sometimes, the most important things you can learn about the true quality of a dealership is when something doesn't go quite right. Very impressive group of people. Would highly recommend to anyone.
