Hello, my review is positive. I'm happy with my jeep compass limited. Stylish body design. I, like having fuel efficiency mileage. Pretty good performance and awd suspension. Comfortable heated seats. Plenty of cargo area for my items. Very cool ride, reliable fun to drive.

Lela Lucas was such a delight to work with while looking for and purchasing my truck. She is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I'll definitely give out Lela's name when I hear someone is interested in buying a vehicle. Lela is a professional. She listens to her customers and works hard to fill the customers needs. We own two 2018 Compass'. We have bought 3. We bought a 2007 brand new. It was a great car for 10 years and it got totaled. My wife currently drives a 2018 Compass and I just bought a second 2018 Compass yesterday. She drove a 2017 Ford Escape for while and didn't like it so we went back to the Compass. These are not without there issues. My wife's transmission started to get a hard shift last summer at around 55k miles. We had the trans fluid changed and currently at 65k no issues, no hard shifts. The dealership says that it is a "life time fluid." I don't agree. Find a good mechanic and have the trans fluid replaced every 30k miles and you should be fine. It cost much less than the one thousand dollars the dealership wanted to change it. I've also heard that the 2.4 liter Tiger Shark engines eat oil. We've own my wife's car for 3 years now and have not noticed any oil consumption. It's our travel car, and my wife travels a little for work so it puts on the miles. Smooth ride easy to drive for long trips, a little wind noise but it's not bad. The interior is nice. It actually has just a little more cargo space than the Cherokee. Infotainment is okay just a few quirks that I don't like but nothing major. The sound system is in my opinion one of the best. They changed the body style in 2018 and I think it's a really good looking car on the outside. The one I just bought is white with a black roof and blacked out badges and rims. Overall it's a great car and they are affordable. Do you research and make sure it's got a good service history. Best of luck!

Had The Works performed today. It was my first time using Tallahassee Ford since moving from NY. The website doesn’t let you book online service. The website looks like nothing is available so I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. I was greeted immediately, everyone was polite and on their game! The work was done in 25 minutes to my surprise. As a former owner of an auto dealership up in NY, I can vouch that this is a competent well run business. The facility is clean, I was offered refreshments when I drove up far from what I experienced in NY. (No one at the dealership was aware of my experience in the auto industry). I have driven thousands of autos in my life, I have to say my Ford Edge is the most comfortable, well made auto that I have driven. Nice smooth ride, comfy seats and a solid built auto. Great value for the money! Just update the website to reflect express lane available and give availability for scheduling service online.

Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

My experience with Direct Auto Exchange was great. My salesperson were David, he is awesome, he helped me through out the purchase of a nice 2923 Chevrolet Equinox. He heard my concerns and he and his finance team worked closed together and got me into a very nice vehicle. I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.
