Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. Always go to Pilson auto, we always use the same salesman. Always have a good experience! The salesman always answers calls and texts even if he is not at work! Everyone there has always been extremely friendly and helpful!

This is my 3rd Gladiator, I really enjoy the Jeep lifestyle, the Gladiator has been a great addition to my family and we have a ton of fun with it. It’s very versatile we use it for pulling our boat and Travel trailer and for everything else!!

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

Ecodiesel gladiator is fun to drive and getting good MPG. My second gladiator and no issues. Jeeps aren't for everyone as they are boxy, heavy, noisy in cab at high speeds and not as luxurious as a Lexus. But these things are tanks with body on frame build, Dana 44 axles, real transfer case and mega offroad capability. Plus its easy to modify suspension and its a "jeep thing".

With the prices of the Gladiator coming way down (because of incentives), it made it an affordable choice. Black on Black, with a tone of options. I love it, and most importantly so does my wife! 🤪
