Tony also helped with some of the final numbers and was equally professional. They were open to negotiating and matched competitive offers I?d received from other dealerships without playing games. The deal was transparent, and there were no surprise fees ? everything lined up with what we discussed in advance. I had to double-check a few minor details (like vehicle mileage and deposit terms), but the team was accommodating and made sure everything was clarified before signing. $29.99 oil change at 4:30p was pleasant especially when most dealers stop service request at 3 or 4p. Wish it included 7 quarts as the two additional quarts plus shop fees made this oil change $59

10 out of 10 - Could not be more satisfied with my purchase at this dealership. To summarize, I just purchased a new vehicle I found online 12 days ago from a Grapevine dealership. A beautiful 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Altitude. 6 days after driving it off the lot, I was t-boned and the car was deemed a total loss. With a small window of time to find a replacement, my family and I were on the hunt this past Saturday, 3/8/25. Starting in McKinney and surrounding DFW areas, we visited 6 dealerships, viewed 9 cars, and made a handful of offers/negotiations within approx 9 to 10 hours. While heading to Irving to basically settle for a car that was decent but ultimately not what I wanted, I made one last desperate attempt to find something better and reached out to Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM by Ed Morse. The salesman, Brad answered the phone and I gave him the list of what I was looking for and asked if he had it. In short, he said, no. But, his actual words were "I don't have that, but I have a beautiful Jeep that just arrived and you're going to want to see this. As a matter of fact, if you see this car, I guarantee you're going to drive it off the lot today. You might as well turn around now and come here." I tell you what, he wasn't lying. I did want to see this and I drove off their lot in a gorgeous 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland that blew my 2021 out of the water. Once we left the Irving dealership, we arrived the the Freedom dealership in Sherman 20 minutes after they closed simply due to the commute and last minute call. Brad and Bird were outside eager to greet us, and in no way shape or form seemed in a rush. These gents were kind, friendly, professional, personable, and genuinely wanted to take care of us as the customers, and they excelled at all of it. The entire buying process was seamless and when shopping for future vehicles, they will always be my first stop moving forward. After an exhausting day, just bummed, and having dealt with a lot of salesman who really could have cared less about me and my buying experience, Brad and Bird were true God sends. The entire experience with them felt like getting a little wink from God. Thank you for the outstanding experience. 0 complaints from me, except, why didn't I call sooner?!

Bird was fantastic to work with. Buying a car is not a fun experience, Bird made it relaxing a little fun. Great guy! While Bird was tied up with finance, all of the other sales guys were super nice and friendly. Very down to earth sales staff, which is a nice feeling at a dealership. Sean in finance was great to work with as well. Worked quick, to the point, no nonsense. 5/5 experience.
