No one likes the process of buying a car, but AutoNation Southwest actually made it a pleasant experience for me! Sadie and then Lauren were both awesome to work with, professional, knowledgable about the vehicle (Jeep Wrangler Rubicon) that I was looking for, and they were both able to help me, without any bickering and in-fighting like I have seen at other dealerships. Financing was pretty quick, and the dealership was very accommodating about letting me swap Jeep mods out with the new one I purchased. Like they let me switch my after market 37' wheels, so I could have my wheels on my new Jeep. The entire process was as enjoyable as it can be, I felt heard, taken care of and respected. I will 100% buy a car from AutoNation Southwest again. Warning indicators started appearing regarding the Start/Stop functionality. Scheduled service online, brought vehicle in at scheduled time and was informed of the problem/solution within 1.5 hrs

The waiting area was small. There were chairs and a few tables. I don?t expect much however, it felt like it wasn?t very clean. There was trash on the floor and the area was disorderly.
