Very pleasant auto buying experience. Great people to talk with and fair in their negotiations. I pointed out a scrape on the vehicle and they made a fair adjustment. It was the perfect buying experience … until I woke up this morning. I went out to wash the bugs off from driving home the night before and found several breaks and cracks in the grill and fender that I didn’t notice when I bought it the night before. They of course didn’t point them out to me. All I can say is, “Shame on me,”. My responsibility for not looking it over more closely. My bad not them. Buyers Beware! Look over every inch, twice. Everything is made of plastic these days.

In my opinion, this is the best dealership in Paragould or Jonesboro! Over the years I have been to different ones & yes, Bayird has them ALL BEAT! I haved been all over Central Florida looking for a new car and I was nearly to the point of either buying online or have a friend buy a car for me due to situation with other dealerships. One dealer in Tampa nearly made me call the police because they would not return my drivers license after asking multiple times and would not let me leave. The dealership above also give me incorrect information on the car to the point I googled information to show that I was right and the sales person was wrong. He also told me you don't need to rotate AWD tires. Another dealership had a very good deal on the car I wanted and when I drove 50 miles and completed all the paper work I went to the lot only to find out someone had called and given a deposit to buy the car so they could not sell it to me even though we had checked 5 minutes prior. The car stayed on line for 9 days but they continued to say it was sold. Long story short I was very happy that AJ Lamb had called me about the car I purchased and just kept asking me to come over and test drive the car. This dealership is not high pressure and very professional in the way they conducted my sale and I am happy with my purchase. I will recommend to anyone it is worth driving from Orlando and even Tampa if you want to be treated well.

He went above and beyond to fix all my car problems and also kept me updated throughout the maintenance window and gave a clear explanation of each step. Great customer service compared to what I used to get in other car dealers.
