My husband always took his Jeep to this dealership for his oil changes ever since we moved here to TN in 2018. He just passed away and I had to bring his Jeep in for the oil change and I wasn’t too happy about having to wait so long, so I left. But after talking to the manager Joe Woody, he made things right. This place is much cheaper than Knoxville and Joe said he working on building better customer service!! So I trust his words!

The experience with this dealership was spot on. Very kind salesman (Mike Smith), and very much informed of the details of the car. He worked with me to get the price that I felt I could live with. Unfortunately, the sale didn’t happen due to a move of household goods that was needing attention and that took precedence. THANK YOU ……. for all the good that came from start to finish. My husband was always the one who took care of all our vehicle maintenance. I lost him to cancer a year ago and now I'm trying to take care of his truck that he loved and my vehicle. I've now brought the truck to Harper twice for maintenance. Andy was my contact and was great to work with. They were able to diagnose an issue quickly and he let me know about some recommended maintenance that was due on the truck. I was able to go ahead and get that done in the same visit. Finding someone you trust to do work on your vehicles when you relied on your husband to do it is hard. I have been pleased each time I've brought the truck in. I will continue to use Harper for my car services.
