My THIRD Jeep Gladiator. Listen, if you want a light duty truck, look at "light duty" trucks to compare... The Gladiator is the ONLY one that even at base model COMES 4x4, COMES with solid front/rear axles... Comparing the equal classes, it has the best in class towing and payload; bang for the buck, your money is better spent on the Gladiator. If you want amenities, you can of course get them fully tricked out with every feature you could want. All I will say is yes, it rides like a "truck", but my interest is truck first, everything else second. If you want luxurious ride and the feel of sweet comfort, buy one of the others, their truck abilities are SECOND, the Gladiator is a TRUCK first. I have hauled everything with mine; trailers pulling vehicles, lumber, hay... Light duty truck, Gladiator.

I am writing this review because of the exceptional experience I received at this dealership. I was in the market for a new truck, new to me and my family. I was introduced to my salesman, Mason Slinger, who i actually meet online and then set an appointment to look at a vehicle. That vehicle did not work out, but Mason and his team there with the used cars, was very patient and thorough when it came to the needs of me and my family. We looked at multiple vehicles, over many weeks and a couple of months until all the planets aligned and everything worked out. My salesman, mason was excellent, the finance people were amazing to be able to put the deal together, within a budget that worked for me. After the actual purchase, i took the vehicle home and noticed some issues with vents that did not work properly so i took pictures and sent them to my salesman and asked him if there was anything he could do. They actually ordered all new ones, no cost to me, and this was not even on the "WE OWE" paperwork. We set an appointment, and I brought my truck there and everything was fixed. I am a 22 year retired Army Veteran, who has traveled all over this country. I have bought vehicle at over 50 different dealerships in multiple different States around the country. It is safe to say that I have never had such a great experience as I did here at Grand Junction Jeep Chrystler Dodge. From the Salesman to the finance, to the service tech who put in my new vents. Everyone i meet, saw, or came in contact with was just happy and professional. In a world where i thought customer service was lost, this establishment restored my hope that all is not lost. They have built a great culture and environment and from what i have seen and experienced a place where people actually want to go to work and are happy with their job. It’s a Jeep, so people who buy this understand what it’s all about, great off road performance, reliable and fun to drive. The Gladiator is unique because it’s a pickup and gives you more flexibility on abilities to carry more, but doesn’t hamper performance in any way, also, priced well compared to similar vehicles.

I've been servicing my Grand Caravan since 2023 in here with high satisfaccion, this time on february the 4th, I got the check engine light fixed, and I requested a quote for the headrest of the second-row seat, which was not retracting. To my surprise, when I returned, they had already carried out the work and were demanding that I pay for it. Also I would like to receive everytime the complimentary multipoin inspeccion. Thanks

2018 Ram 2500 diesel. DEF injector died. Called on a Monday, truck in on Tuesday & repaired/returned Wed. Parts dept even had to order the part. 2nd time in 8 years for service, 1st was brake issue which later became a recall, & really satisfied. Other items were mentioned as needing service & were addressed. I'll continue to use Cochran as needed. We also have used the body shop (excellent) for our Subaru which was purchased at Cochran Butler Subaru.

I just purchased a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Overland. It’s pristine and a powerhouse. The combination of it having low mileage, only being two years old and with a great price made it irresistible. The staff at Videon Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, especially Nick Digiuseppe our salesman, made the purchase a pleasure. Will definitely recommend them.

For a "light duty" pick-up truck, I would rate the Jeep Gladiator #1, I am on my third. The Gladiator is still a TRUCK; payload, towing, solid axles front/rear, manual 4x4 standard on all models, ground clearance, all surpassing any other light duty truck on the market. Please do remember, it is a "Jeep/truck" first, meaning, if riding like a Cadilac is important to you, then buy a Cadilac, the Gladiator does ride like a truck. If you are wanting a light duty truck, a Gladiator surpasses all others in the criteria of being a TRUCK. However, it is still VERY well outfitted with amenities such as leather, heated seats, heated steering, full Apple/Android, LARGE screen, exceptional safety features. My comparison has been made having owned every other truck on the market at least twice if not more.

This is me second sale to Carmax. The first sale went smoothly and everything they said was true! People who turn their car into the dealer are totally getting screwed. For example I turned in a 2020 c300 early this year. The payoff was $32k; I got $36k from Carmax. Unbelievable. However, companies like Mercedes allowed Carmax to pay off the lease. Now they require you to buy out the lease so you have to come up with the cash and then you have to wait until you get the title before you can go to Carmax. Sounds like a little anti trust behavior.
