We had been searching for a Ford Edge for approximately 5 months! We had been to over 6 dealers from near and far (farthest was 45miles). I had filled putt one of those forms on Auto Trader "Find it if this car is still available". That day I remembered filling out 2 at the same time. I received a call back from Bill Kay with in 5 minutes. Frustrated, I answered anyways. I was up front and honest and said "listen, I've met with many car salesmen. I know what I want, and I'm just looking for the right price and the right trade in amoun, because I'm upside down." Little Joe was very convincing over the phone, and at first I was very skeptical but he was so personal, so honest and willing to help I HAD to stop in and see if this guy could actually help us out. With in an hour in a half, deal was made. Price was right, it was exactly what I wanted and my trade in was everything I had hoped for. He even was able to get me from 17% to 4.0%. I couldn't have been happier! Not even a month later, we returned and purchased another new vechile! Same situation, best price great trade in value and monthly payments on the dot at 0%.
